The duplex is set up to where you will have completely private and segregated access to the front porch and entire first floor via the front door. The top tenant has access to the top unit only through a stairwell on the side of the house and does not have a key or password to the VRBO. The tenant will occasionally do laundry in the separate, outdoor access basement as well. Your free parking is the whole driveway along the entire right side of the house. There is room for 4 cars, OR a car and a boat! This driveway is shared with the house next door but we own about 2/3rds of it so don't worry too much about snugging up your car right against the house. The quiet, long term tenant parks in front of the house all the way to the left. We listed the amount this VRBO can sleep as 7, however, there is also a trundle bed underneath the bunk bed, as well as a pull-out single sleeper in the master bedroom that folds up like a chair. These would be comfortable for a small child but not practical for an adult, which is why we kept the sleep count at 7. However, if you are booking with many kids, the sleep count could be increased to 9 if the two sleeping in these beds were small children.
