The flat was very nice but no front door lock , missing double bed and gas and water issues spoiled our stay. The servic

No front door key No water for a few hours and no hot water until we asked Gas went off at 10pm and was not advised it’s daily and gas bottle was empty Advertised as having 2 room with 2 double beds but only 1 , hence 2 people had to use floor mattresses in living room

Perfect accommodation for families

The apartment is on the 5th floor, which was also the top floor. Great apartment that was exactly like what we saw in the pictures. The rooms were spacious and two families of 11 people it was Large apartment with four large and spacious bedrooms. The staff were very helpful in arranging breakfast. We would love to come back and highly recommend the place.

It was a bit difficult to find as the place is not very well signposted.

spacious open plan modern facilities. As seen the pictures on booking.com Will be returning and staying longer.

Staff were amazing

The staff there named Nomaan, Zakir and the security guard rahman were amazing they were welcoming us and always there to help us when we needed anything they even went beyond and did shopping, cooked breakfast and many more will definitely will be returning to this penthouse when I return to Pakistan

One room didn’t have an en-suite only bed no shower or bathroom. However bathroom was outside the room so wasn’t a big issue. The shower we had to share with another mate.

Absolutely amazing place to stay.

I live in Bradford UK, in my recent family trip to Islamabad Pakistan I have stayed in one of the Shelton Penthouse for 19 nights, we have absolutely enjoyed our stay, there is not a single complaint , everything was spot on, the location is central with easy access to Islamabad and Rawalpindi sadar,the room was spacious, beds were comfortable , the view from the penthouse was breath taking, the staf was very very helpful and cooperative specially Noman, Zakir , Qayom and others ,the management was always there for help at any time of need specially Arif khan. Over all Penthouse by Shelton is the best place to stay in Islamabad with family. I will definitely stay there again. It's a place highly recommended.

Passable

The property look exactly as it shows in picture but it's not that clean specially washrooms. Cleaner is below average. I spend 4 nights but they don't even bother to change bedsheets

Extremely satisfied with my stay. Apartment and staff all exceeded my expectations.

The property exceeded my expectations and was far bigger than I anticipated. All the staff from the manager all the way to the daily helpers were amazing and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

very comfortable and stylish apartment, friendly staff

Everything was as the picture shows, the room decors were beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

The location, it was a bit difficult to find where it was. the building from outside didnt have clear signposting to say it was penthouse by Shelton, it had another name and we couldn’t get in contact with the phone number provided initially. The building outside didn’t look too pleasing to the eyes but the inside of our apartment suite was beautiful

Great stay

The pent house was nice and huge. Accommodated well for all of our family.

the front of the premises does not have the name penthouse on display and therefore had to ask others about it’s exact location. the property does not look appealing from the front

It was good as we just stayed the one night

The setting up of the property it was nice inside

Could do with cleaning of the apartment had small insects around the room could provide us with enough beds/mattress for 11 people we had to share the beds didn’t have extra bed sheets and also there isn’t privacy as outsider were walking across the roof

Exceptional

The penthouse is absolutely stunning. Very big and aesthetically decorated. Rooms were very big. Beds were extremely comfortable. Washrooms were very big. Kitchen was equipped with all utensils, fridge, microwave and oven. Terrace was huge and so beautiful.

Location is a problem because no food vendor was delivering in the area. But if you takeway or eat out, you are good. Other than that, there wasn't any washing machine and geyser.
