Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit. No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors! NO Smoking of any kind NO Parties NO Confetti or anything taped to the walls. NO flushing anything down the toilets except for toilet paper $100 replacement fee if the parking pass or pool key is not left in the condo after checkout.
