Cockroaches EVERYWHERE.......even on the BED!

(Refering to Room No. 10-07) - the view especially night view - the shower water pressure and toilet with bathtub - spacious room (1 bedroom apartment with living hall and kitchen) - walking distance to KL Sentral and Petaling Street (15-20 min)

(Refering to Room No. 10-07) - countless small cockroaches everywhere in the house even ON THE BED! Especially in the dustbin, inside kitchen cabinet, behind decorative board in the bedroom and unattended food. They came out really fast especially when the lights are off. - air conditioning not working at all (room temperature is 27-28°C as shown on display). - only 2 dim bedside lights in the bedroom, which make the room quite dark and unable to see those cockroaches running around inside the bedroom or even on the bed. - water ponding around toilet bowl area due to dripping from the bidet which make it extra slippery and dangerous. - parking guidance not clearly given. To save on parking, rent the parking card (RM10/day, for overnight stay consider 2-day it'll be RM20) at hotel main entrance BEFORE enter parking. Else parking fees will be charged according to the display prices (max per entry per day RM26.50). - can't get any help after operation hour (10am-10pm). The only solution suggested by the building security guard for the above issues is to move to another place to sleep. - during check-out, we highlighted the above issues and we advise not to let other customers to become next victims of sleepless night. However the feedback we got from the counter staff was "this is an old building, even after pest control is done it won't last long and won't help much. There's nothing much we can do to improve the current situation."

Perfect for a short stay in KL.

Comfortable stay. Big pool and I appreciated the filtered water.

I wish i could leave a zero star review here. This is probably the fist time i have left such a bad review for any hotel. I did not end up staying as the two rooms i was shown were nothing like the photos nor as described. The first room had two large beds stuffed into a small room with no room at all. It was also incredibly dirty, I asked reception to give me a different room as i booked one with a large bed, not with two. I was hoping that perhaps the second room would look at least a little closer to the photos. Unfortunately it was not. The room had an old slightly damaged bed, with half the other furniture missing. It was also slightly smelly and the bathroom was dirty. I went back to the reception and told them i can't stay in either of those rooms, and asked for a refund. The lady at the reception told me that because i made the booking via booking.com i can get the refund via the bookings.com customer service. Because apparently they need to arrange it with the owners of the hotel. I took my stuff and left. I contacted booking.com the next day. But apparently, when booking.com contacted the hotel they simply lied and said i stayed at the hotel and did not have any complains. So no money would be returned to me. Do not stay here. KL has many nice hotels, find something different.

Not worth the money paid for the hotel

Shower and bath tub.

No aircond at lobby area. Sofa cushion damaged. Old furniture. Got weird smell.

Awesome!

The room was spacious and clean and the front desk was quite helpful. The check-in and check out were smooth and the deposit was refunded once we checked out.

The only downside was that the bathroom did not have a door :-( so any time one had to use the bathroom the other would have to leave the room. I hope they can put in a door.

Was fine for our needs

It was more or less what we expected, where we expected. Room was nice and clean, check-in was simple and straightforward. Space was sufficient for our needs, thank you! Hot water in wash basin, nice :)

There was no kitchenette. Wasn't a big problem, only staying 2 nights, but the booking stated "kitchenette": no hotplate, no sink, just a microwave and a kettle. Maintenance left plenty to be desired. Electrical points not working, lights not working. Broken shelf in shower. No streaming account available.

Spacious and good view. Relaxing stay.

Superb location: it is within walking distance from sentral mrt and pasar seni station. Room is spacious with nice city view at night. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Deposit was refunded promptly without hassle. Will stay again.

low level of noise from traffic. sound insulation can be improved on. Early checkout is a slight inconvenient due to lacking of front counter ant early morning.

مكان وبلد جميلة للاقامة بها .

المكان ممتاز من حيث الاطلاله ، قربه من اماكن التسوق ، قربة من المحطة الرئيسية للقطارات ، بشاشة الاستقبال وتلبية اي طلبات خاصة بالغرفة. توفر جميع ادوات المطبخ ويعتبر امر جيد لمن لا ياكل في الشارع . بالاضافة الي توفر فلتر للمياه.

عموما لا يوجد سلبيات ولكن هناك بعض النقاط الجانبية : البعد عن المسجد ولكن يوجد مسجد صغير خاص بالفندق ، صوت السيارات لانه علي شارع رئيسي "تم التغلب عليها بسدادة اذن لمن لا يستطيع النوم الا في هدوء ، الانترنت ليس افضل شئ خاصة بالمساء .

This hotel will be one of my FAVORITE HOTELS EVER!

I adore everything about the hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was surprised because all of the facilities were excellent. VERY NICE ROOM! It's fantastic! The price was substantially lower (middle of KL) and very affordable! Last but not least, THE VIEW! OMG, I ADORE THE VIEWS. I hope this hotel keeps their hotel costs low so that I can visit it frequently.

Not a hotel, it’s an apartment

Spacious room

It’s an apartment hotel, not a proper hotel. They collect deposit and need to pay cash in local currency. No option to pay deposit by card or online. I didn’t have local currency in hand as I came directly from airport, the lady at the reception was very rude and was not willing to give room key and the behavior was really unprofessional. Finally her boss arrived and helped to sort the issue and allocated the room. Additional payment is required for early checkin (even for one hour). Not a good place if you are looking for a proper hotel. No complimentary drinking water.

Location is inconvenient. Reception was not friendly or helpful. Car park is very inconvenient as well as the carpark needs to be prepaid! Bed sheet and pillow cases is not clean, wondering if it is actually washed. Shower area is not clean and the rack is 1/2 broken. The floor skating was torn off, dangerous if not careful

Bedsheets and pillowcases had stains on them We had an early morning checkout and the staff were not at reception at 6am so asked to inspect the room the night before for return of the key

On public roads and difficult to find taxi, even Grab taxi service was hesitant to pick you due to short distances to KL central.
