Broken extractor fan causing the fire alarm to go off while having a shower. Bad smell from the dishwasher.

Clean, comfortable and lovely presented property - close enough to walk into Ilkley town. We were meeting friends who lived near the town so this location was perfect. Loved the free parking on the road as well. Internal rooms spacious and beds comfortable. Quiet area and no noise from outside

it would have been helpful to include some basic instructions in the property. such as how to adjust heating, where to put the bins out, how the cooker and other equipment worked etc. We stayed when it was chilling in April and the heating didn’t work! That said, we did contact the emergency number and Sharon was very helpful and arranged to get someone out to look at the controls.
