"Things You Need to Know Before You Book" - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. See House rules for more info - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. - Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday.
