the best i've had in my entire life!!

The property was very nice. The rooms and hotel were also very comfortable. This is our 3rd stay in the last 3 months. I was extremely disappointed in the charge for our service dog and our other dog. Although we expected a fee I believe $150 is too high. We will be using a different hotel from now on when we come through on our way to AZ or home.

Staff id in the back so you have to call out. When I checked in there was no one.

Check in process was less then ideal. Agent told me my card was declined so I used a different card only to check my card the next day that declined cause it’s the card I always use only to see it was charge not once but twice as was my second card. In the room, someone’s leftover food was in the microwave and the shower curtain rod was high on the ends so we couldn’t keep it closed to shower without water getting everywhere….. my husband had to Jerry rig the curtain the next morning to be able to shower with a closed curtain on one end

Probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot. Beautiful views. Nice staff.

There is a key card to activate the power to the lights in your room. The front desk staff never mentioned it, so it took us 30 minutes to figure it out. Easy check in and check out process.

We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay at the Courtyard. The staff was very pleasant. The entire building was extremely clean and well kept. Many other hotels are lacking in upkeep. This stay was a breath of fresh air for up. Keep up the great work👏👏👏

It would've been nice to have breakfast included for the price. With such a nice bar, it would also be nice to include a brief happy hour. I've seen this in other hotels and is a nice touch.

Great stay

Stayed for 6 days and never received a room cleaning, fresh sheets, towels, toilet paper, new cups/coffee, etc. I had notified them on day 3 and said please make sure it is completed today. I then had asked 3 more times and they still never came the entire stay. We had to keep going downstairs to get towels/ toilet paper, bag up trash. The outside patio was closed half the stay. They said they’d have a room ready for me at 1 pm, I arrived at 1:15 pm, after a long flight, and they said it wouldn’t be ready for another hour. So I left and called at 2:30. They said it wasn’t ready and didn’t know when it would be. I asked them to call me back with whatever information they got from housekeeping to see when it would be ready. He never called me back. I showed up at 3:30. There was a line at the front desk with nobody in sight. We all stood there for about 10 minutes when a women walked out from the back all disheveled and the man who said he’d call me back then came out and called me while I was standing at the front desk. They held on to one of my luggages and never brought them to the room or offered to help when they say I had to wheel 3 large suitcases by myself.

This is a great property to stay at. The only thing I didn’t like was they clean the rooms every other day. Cleanliness when you’re away from home is very important but I’m sure if I asked them to clean it on a daily basis, I’m sure they would have accommodated.

The room felt crowded. The sofa bed sat at the end of the bed and the platform (wooden) stuck out past the end of the seat. It was about 10" from the end of the bed so if you didn't pay attention it was a shin buster. The bed was very close to the wall so it was very tight getting out of bed and around the couch platform. When we checked into the room, the lights wouldn't turn on. There's a card slot by the door that had a card for that, but it didn't work until we took it out and put it back in. The shower did not have a door, only a glass partition that was not wide enough to prevent the water from getting on the floor. It was a disappointing hotel for the cost of everything. I paid extra for the "Cook to Order" for breakfast and felt like it was deceiving. When we went to breakfast we had a paper that told what we could get for the breakfast, but we could not order from the main menu or we were charged extra. We could get 1 of 3 main items, 1 drink (juice or coffee but not both), we could get a breakfast sandwich, a breakfast burrito, or eggs and bacon. The regular menu had those and french toast, breakfast bowls, better choices. I had the breakfast sandwich and it wasn't good - it had a mustard sauce that was kind of vinegary tasting. The next day I got the burrito and it was so overcooked I couldn't even cut the shell. Had to poke a hole and dig the content out. No free coffee in the lobby - they only sold starbucks.

I’ve stayed in many a hotel, but the entire feeling of this hotel from start to finish was just lovely. The staff went out of their way to be welcoming, kind, and helpful… We will absolutely be staying here again!
