Located in Maumee, this attractive house for R 1,928 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enjoy this cute little bungalow with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and finished basement. We have free parking in driveway and are right next door to a park with walking path and playground. This home has an eat in kitchen, cozy living room, 2 bedrooms and full bath with tub on the main floor and entertainment area and full bath with tiled shower, and laundry room in the finished basement. This 1950 's built bungalow is located in quiet and safe neighborhood of South Toledo called Beverly. There are surveillance cameras on site at the front and side doors outside of the home for safety and security measures only. This cute little bungalow has been nicely appointed with 2 bedrooms both with QUEEN size mattresses a dresser and closet. The basement has a lounging area with extra sleeping on a comfortable futon sofa. We have plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels, and most everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including a dishwasher! Granite counter tops, Keurig coffee pot, and plenty of storage. The dining table seats 4 but can be extended for extra seating. This space can also be used as a desk if you are working from home. We have 2- 50 inch smart TV's to stream your favorite shows & fast WiFi. One in the living room and one in the finished basement. The full bath on the main floor has a shower and tub and hotel style bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. The basement bathroom has a great tiled stand up shower and very large area to get ready for your day. The laundry room is also available for your use with enough laundry soap and fabric softener for your first week. Our home is professionally cleaned & sanitized after each guest. We offer discounted stays if staying for 1 week or 1 month. We welcome traveling workers and longer term stays. This location is ideal for working in the area and is central to everything. ***Important: By booking our home you agree to not smoke in the home. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked inside our home a $250 fee will be imposed. We will consider accepting a dog by request only for $50 per dog per stay. Copland has about 825 sq. ft on the first floor and 700 additional in the finished basement/laundry room/full bath. My elderly sister and I spent two nights just to hang out and catch up. We did spend an afternoon at the zoo after I found out she hasn't been to a zoo since she was a child! It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go and back. The neighborhood felt safe and we also enjoyed a short walk thru the park.

Very much enjoyed staying at this wonderful little house. Lots of attention to detail with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Very clean and the decor is darling. The kitchen is really great with high-end appliances - Keurig and coffee set-up, a big fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, etc. The property is at the end of a quiet street and is adjacent to a nice park, very peaceful. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the house, as well as its location at the end of the road and next to the park. We were able to walk our dogs through the park, they loved it!

My family and I were in Toledo to visit family. We really enjoyed the quiet Bungalow. It's hard to pick one thing we liked about our stay because everything was great. The living room coach from the finished basement to the walk across the street to the park. It was all great. They thought of everything. The neighbors were even friendly. I hope on our next visit to Toledo this Bungalow is available. Thank you Jenny for making our stay so comfortable.

Loved this property so much ! It felt more like home than my own home. Plenty of towels !!!! Did not need to do any laundry as far as towels went. Loved having a washer and dryer for our clothes. Everything was provided and when we ran out of garbage bags we were brought more quickly. I do wish we could have had one more garbage bag to take out all of our garbage of empty boxes. I feel bad for leaving them. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and spend time together also. Games were provided. The listing was perfect. Definitely would stay again we didnt want to leave! Two bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs was perfect for getting ready. Plenty of space. Could not say anything bad about this VRBO. Thank you so much again !

The house was as good as the pictures looked. It was updated nicely and very clean. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our tine together as a family. The park was a bonus. We had great communication with the host and I would definitely recommend a stay with them.

This small home is the perfect home away from home for our family weekend getaway. The home was immaculately clean and supplies and linens were nicely stocked. The owners were excellent with communication and check-in instructions. The kids loved the fun family games. Highly recommend.
