Built in mid-2022, this three-level masterpiece is the ultimate holiday house providing integrated living with sliding doors opening up to create a seamless flow between indoors and out, with the alfresco sanctuary a natural extension of the lounge/dining area. This new home has been finished and furnished to a high standard and features all your home comforts such as Wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning, a Nespresso machine, an outdoor shower etc. Centrally located in a quiet and family-friendly area, but with easy access to all that Casuarina and Kingscliff have to offer. The property is happy to welcome pets upon approval from the owner. Level 1 - A beautifully designed and fully equipped kitchen is the centrepiece of this level, flowing into the living area with high vaulted ceilings, a 14-seat dining table and large lounge. The outdoor entertaining area with built-in BBQ and pool will be sure to please everyone. There is also a downstairs bedroom (bedroom 6) with two long single beds, a full bathroom, and a laundry/butler’s pantry. The double garage will fit 2 cars and there is off-street parking for a further 2 cars. Level 2 - Positioned at the front of the house, the second lounge room provides plenty of space for the kids to play board games or watch movies on the latest 75” smart TV. There are four bedrooms located on this level. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and also boasts an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 all have two long single beds which can be separated or pushed together to make a king bed. The main bathroom on this level also has a bath. Level 3 - Another living zone awaits on this thoughtfully designed top floor. Also referred to as the “parents’ retreat”. The multipurpose room has a designated desk and work space while the sofa folds out into a queen bed (This queen fold-out sofa can allow the property to sleep 14 guests on request). The kitchenette (with fridge) also offers the ability to have a relaxing coffee or tea without needing to head down to the ground floor. Indulge in the sophistication of the master suite with a generous balcony (with some ocean glimpses), stylish walk-in robe and an ensuite with a divine freestanding bath, separate shower and double basin. The master bedroom also features a 65” smart TV. Situated within a kilometre of Salt Village, make the most of being close to the cafes, boutiques, beauty, health, and wellness amenities here, as well as indulging in five of the ten best restaurants on the Tweed coast. Casuarina shops, Coles supermarket and amenities are all within 1.5km from home and if travel beckons, Gold Coast Airport is under 20 minutes drive, and Byron Bay is about 35 minutes away.The chilled vibe of Kingscliff comes with an abundance of recreational activities with endless walking and cycling tracks, paddle boarding or swimming at Cudgen Creek, various shops, cafes and restaurants in Kingscliff town, and easy access to the popular Cabarita Beach.
