In the heart of the Short North this home is perfect for access to events at Ohio State, Nationwide Arena, or the Columbus Convention Center. The condo is a 5 minute walk from galleries, shops, grocery store, and dozens of the best restaurants Columbus has to offer! After a long day, return to your condo and relax in your queen bed or flop on the sofa to enjoy your smart TVs! The space The condo is 632 sq. ft. with an open floor plan. The condo has 1 private bedroom with a queen bed that sleeps two. The bedroom has a closet, plenty of drawer space, and a washer and dryer. The living room has a sleeper sofa which also sleeps two. The living room and bedroom each have a Smart TV. The home has a full kitchen with breakfast bar and updated appliances. There are additional eating trays for those who like to eat in the living room while watching TV. Guest access The building has 4 units total. There is an outside entry to the building itself, our building entry has a touch pad keyless entry which we share with one neighbor. Our condo is on the second floor and also has a keyless touch pad entry. The off street parking is shared with 7 other units and is first come first serve. Please discuss parking arrangements with host. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking in the condo. If guest need to smoke outside, please throw away your cigarette butts. Second floor walk up, nice apartment for a weekend or week-long stay. Little dark and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in the living room unless you're in, or recently graduated from college, but we found this place to be great for our needs. Good communication, snacks on arrival, clean, toiletries in the bathroom. There's a bit of a musty smell, but not strong or anything disconcerting.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we could ever need, it was clean, and close to a lot of great places. The owner was quick to respond.

Location, check in, parking, communication were good. Only complaint is that the location on the map when initially looking for VRBO options did not align with the actual location. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pull out mattress was very thin. Essentially I didn't really sleep for the 3 nights we were there. If it wasn't for the bed, I'd go 5 stars.

I am traveling for work and will absolutely stay here again. Communication was excellent. The place was very clean and well stocked. The listing was 100% accurate and offers everything promised. Highly recommended.
