The apartment is very nice, clean and has a modern look. The bed is comfortable. You can feel at home. Sitting on the porch with a slight view on the river is great, too. The house is equipped with a security system which makes the stay feel safe. The washing machine can be used without an additional fee. Check-in was easy and the hosts respond pretty fast to any questions.

The tumble dryer costs 1$ in quarters which is very inconvenient when you travel without cash because nowadays anything can be payed electronically. The AC is a bit loud in the bedroom.

The code pad on the door wasn't self intuitive and though I had code I still wasn't able to open the door after several attempts. I ended up calling and I was then guided to a key location.

Only issue was on the first night the TV in the bedroom had lines then went blank and image never came back. It would be nice to have a small dresser in the bedroom as well.

Hübsche Wohnung im Obergeschoss, gute Internetverbindung, gute Lage zum KSC, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Waschmaschine u Trockner vorhanden

Als wir am frühen Abend ankamen war die Wohnung, die wir gemietet u für die wir den Zugangscode erhalten hatten, von anderen Gästen besetzt. Nach zweimaligem Hin-und Hertelefonieren und etwa 45minütiger Wartezeit ist der Vermieter gekommen u hat das Missverständnis geklärt, sodass wir in die Wohnung konnten. An den folgenden zwei Tagen waren andere Mieter in der Wohnung unter uns u ich muss sagen, das gesamte Haus ist so hellhörig, dass man alles, aber wirklich alles durchhört, vom normalen Gespräch bis hin zum Bettgestöne, alles. Außerdem wären einige Infos hilfreich, wenn man sie sofort erhalten würde. So haben wir die Nachricht für die Übergabe der Wohnung am Abreisetag erst um 10:30 Uhr bekommen. Da waren wir allerdings schon weg u konnten den Anweisungen nicht mehr folgen, sorry.

It was a very cute, cozy place. Felt comfortable the whole time.

The finishes were high end and beautiful. It had everything I needed and I would definitely book again. The Avocado Tree was cool. The adjustable bed was a nice surprise. 2 big TV's that stream my channels was another plus. The train whistle could be heard as it passed the Rockledge Station and I had breakfast at the Whistle Stop Cafe and photographed the sunrises when I could. I sat outside on the balcony during a rain storm and listened to the Church Bells play. It made a great video. Cocoa Village was awesome.
