From the moment I arrived, everything seemed to go downhill, leaving me utterly disappointed and disgusted. First and foremost, the price I paid for just one night was outrageously excessive. It felt like I was being scammed, as the quality of the accommodation definitely did not match the exorbitant cost. I strongly advise against falling into this trap and wasting your hard-earned money on such an overpriced and underwhelming experience. The moment I entered the studio, an unbearable stench assaulted my senses. The air was filled with a putrid odor that made me question the cleanliness of the entire place. It was clear that the rooms had not been properly maintained, and the overall state of cleanliness was appalling. I couldn't help but feel disgusted and uneasy throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the management conveniently forgot to mention the additional charges for various extras. Imagine my surprise when I received the bill and discovered that I had been charged for things I was completely unaware of. It is an absolute disgrace that such information was not provided in writing beforehand. This deceptive practice left a sour taste in my mouth and further emphasized the unprofessionalism of the establishment. The owner of the studio demonstrated a shocking lack of hospitality and professionalism. Instead of providing a warm welcome or helpful assistance, they resorted to shouting at guests for the most trivial reasons. I couldn't believe my ears when I was scolded for using an extra towel or sheet. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and goes against the fundamental principles of customer service. Everything was so great!

Very centrally located. You can tell that the host has paid a lot of attention to small details. It is always nice staying with Niv and Michal. Congratulations on the new addition to your family. I hope to see you again next time I am in Hadera.

Good aparts near the city center

Good location close to mall and government services. Good coffee in the room. TV was to high (near the roof) to connect Apple TV or usb drive

Wi-Fi was not stable several times during our stay. No cleaning until check out. Magic trick (easy) with heater is needed each time to have a shower. No hooks for towels in the bathroom

Great for short notice

We booked last minute after we couldn't get to our other accommodation, and the owner answered our phone call immediately and guided us to the property clearly and safely. We're very thankful for that! Good amount of free street parking available right nearby. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen in the shared area.

It's a shared guesthouse with 2 other rooms, which we didn't know originally, but no one else was there when we stayed.

Very nice house, in the heart of Hadera city. Everything close, shops, banks, bus stops, etc. The house is very cozy, beautiful garden with sweet tasty mandarins. The hosts are very nice people always ready to help in any questions.

The room was clean

The room has translucent glass so that if another tenant turns on the corridor light, all the light enters the room. Also the room was noisy as the neighbour has a dog that barks all day

Nice and convenient

Quiet and lovely outdoor area. Room comes with good air conditioning and a super comfortable bed. Fridge and kettle in the room were very convenient. Check-in over phone but it was fast and easy.

The water didn't turn hot in the shower, which was a minor inconvenience.

Michal was very nice, the owner Niv is a terrible, mean, rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional.

EVERYTHING! Do not book here! The accommodations are not what they have listed.

Very small place, but good price for Israel.

It is valued reasonably, hosts are helpful and respond quickly. The place was clean. The parking was easy, convenient and always available.

It is a very small and super minimalistic place, but OK if you plan only to sleep there. The hosts were very good. While the place was clean, the surrounding area was less so. It was also a little noisy sometimes, there was loud music on one out of eight nights and construction noise at a nearby site.

Perfectly organized, super comfort and clean room. Quality materials- from the bedding stuff through the fridge and the shower, makes u feel like home. Probably the best room i’ve got in Israel so far. No doubt i”ll be back.

Fantastic for your money. It's not a 5 start hotel but it great guest house.

Location is very close to restaurants and Grand Canion Mall. Easy to get to Olga beach and Cesaria Park and Beach. Accomodation met my expectations and friendly staff. I highly recommend and I would return for sure.
