Very secured hotel. We enjoyed the variety if restaurants in the hotel. We’re not much of a gambler, so we didn’t go in that portion. The room was quiet, very clean, and very cozy bed. For the price, it was definitely an upgrade from La quinta.

We had a wonderful one night stay in this big, beautiful, convenient-to--Memphis room when we went to see a Golden Girls Stage Performance at the Orpheum. Our stay was perfect and we even had a little luck.

Beautiful hotel and casino with everything you could possibly want. Loved our room. Quiet and comfortable. Only thing that i didnt like was the shower was not clean and had mold on the grout. May need to do more thorough inspections of rooms and training of housekeepers. Other than that would stay there again.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, the hotel was one of the best casino hotels we have stayed at. We really liked the fact that the nonsmoking section was right underneath the hotel. There for no smoke smell at all. The buffet was great, you even get a free alcohol drink with your dinner. On special days it is only $15 per person.

Valet was fabulous,but check in lady was very rude i thought when i was asking questions!!!! Then when she seen we booked through a third party that's when the attitude started, our beds were very good ,carpet had burns or burnt,the bathroom toilet paper holder wasn't even attached all the was itwas hanging thought it was going to fall off !!!! Sink was not draining, and looked like on the ledge a bug was dead wasnt cleaned the ledge that is on the floor!!! I asked if we had a handicape room she didn't respond also about a late check out because of my husband being handicape and here response was only a certain card status, when i tried to explain why she wouldn't even respond!!! Honestly wasn't worth what i paid because we went through a third party pretty sad!!!!

Nice new clean facility with above average amenities that is hamstrung by unprofessional and indifferent staff. During my last stay housekeeping left my room door open all day after servicing my room.

We just loved staying here. Our GPS took us past the hotel, so it was tiresome finding the entrance at night in the rain. The tv was remarkable, but they didn’t have Fox News, but cnn, msnbc, and hln were there. Not my stations. Loved the shower

In the middle of my stay went to take a shower and no hot water. Called front desk and theu proceeded to tell me "Oh yes we had to cut the yhe hot water off for service" There was no warning or head up when I checked in.

For starters we arrived around a little after 11pm after driving 6 hours and the room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk multiple times but kept getting the answering service. The next morning the housekeeper changed the bed linens and cleaned the bathroom. The shower was dirty and so was the glass. The mirror hadn’t been cleaned it had greasy elements on it. There was hair everywhere! We tried to make the best of it. I will not stay at this facility again.

The property and staff were great. The Casino seems to have slipped. Popular machines like Wheel of Fortune (the original) were nowhere to be found and a popular 7's game I loved was also gone. In the past you could play for a reasonable amount of time but this trip not so much. The machines seem much tighter. It was not just me; I did not see the usual happy "YES" from people winning like before on past trips. We will probably go back to Tunica next time as at least there is a variety of Casino's.

The propert itself was fine. Our problem was we had an employee just walk into our room. He said he was doing a final inspection but we had been in the room for a while. Made us very uncomfortable and we ended up leaving without even staying the night.

I parked my semi in their lot and had a short walk inside, the staff at the sports bar were amazing and the ladies at the desk were also. Room was fantastic and I will definitely return when my travels allow

The hotel overall was nice! But our room needs to be touched up a bit. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped and the shower cleaned.

Room with 2 Queen beds was big. The bath was big with powerful ceiling and wall shower. Never understood the requirement to go thru metal detector and id requirement for all the family when entering the hotel every time. Casino is very big with over 2000+ slots and was sparsely crowded. Parking lot for the hotel has thousands of spots, however due to the one way you have to go almost half a mile to get back to the entrance. Larger deposit requirement for incidentals. Luggage carts seem to be rare. Not all item in the restaurant menu are available.

Last minute stop while we were traveling. We had a great time. The person that checked us in had no personality and was not helpful with any questions but thankfully the manager was standing there and helped us and gave lots of information. Everyone else in the casinos, including dealers, restaurant staff, etc were very friendly and helpful. The check ID when coming in hotel since you have to be 21 to stay. That was nice not to have to show ID going in the casino every time. Complimentary valet. Smoking section is behind a glass door and completely separate from noon smoking. The sports bar is located in the smoking section but all other restaurants are in the non smoking section. The buffet and steakhouse are closed Monday and Tuesday. complimentary drink machine on the casino floor with Pepsi products and water. Sports bar food was really good. My husband got a Hamburger and onion rings, only complaint was that the onion rings could have used more seasoning.... adding the season that they put on the fries would have been great. I got the catfish poboy. It was really good, not fishy at all. Fries were really good with the seasoning. Seasons cafe breakfast was good. French toast was awesome. Farmhouse was enough to share. The casino is not in a good area but lots of police and security patrolling. Newly remodeled Rooms are spacious. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is big with a huge shower with ceiling shower head and a separate shower wand.
