The Space: Gorgeous apartment located in the hub of DC’s activity. Enjoy the seclusion of the leafy street while being in walking distance to the major sites! Two bedrooms with queen beds and a brand new queen sized sofa bed in the living room can comfortably sleep six adults - perfect for family or friends looking to get a taste of what DC has to offer! "Lovely accommodations a stone’s throw from the Library of Congress, Supreme Court, and U.S. Capitol. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable, and quiet”. (Peter, July 2018). Full chef’s kitchen, perfect for those hoping to whip up a meal. There are a TON of fantastic restaurants in walking distance for those who prefer to experience DC’s award winning grub hubs! Gorgeous shared patio is also available, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city resting just outside your door! ~ While we can’t guarantee parking, some guests have had luck getting temporary permits from neighboring police stations. Guests would need to bring their trip itinerary with their full name, dates of stay, and street address of the residence. This is at the discretion of the police stations however, and cannot be guaranteed. We also provide excellent resources and coupon codes for finding nearby garages at the cheapest rates. We are very family friendly and are happy to offer an umbrella stroller, infant carseat, high chair and bassinet for use during your stay. Available upon request, please send us a note!
