Miła, sprawna, anglojęzyczna Recepcjonistka, która bardzo sprawnie godziła obsługę klientów z właśnie przybyłego autokaru w dn. 03.05.br ok. godz. 21.00 -22.00 z obsługą indywidualnego klienta, poprzez osobiste wskazanie miejsca parkingowego i osobistego doprowadzenia mnie do pokoju w skomplikowanej strukturze ośrodka. BRAWA; Ta osoba zachowuje się jak obsługa Hotelu 5*.
Czysta pościel i ręczniki, dobra jakość materaca w sypialni, ciepła woda.
Wygodny parking dla dużych i osobowych pojazdów.
W pok. nr 01 - 1 piętro w części "wysokiej" budynku- brak światła na stromych schodach i przed drzwiami pokoi- trzeba poświecić telefonem, pokój wielki ( z 40-50 m2) i niesympatyczny jak stara sala bilardowa w barze, pomieszczenia tj. salon i sypialnia cuchnące dymem i nikotyną, zasłony na oknach ciężkie od wieloletniego kurzu, szyby dosłownie matowe od wielosezonowego brudu, łazienka z niesprawną wielką kabiną wannowo-natryskową, oberwanym wieszakiem dyszy prysznicowej którą trzeba trzymać ręką, wanna trwale przebarwiona w okolicy kratki odprowadzającej wodę, z zatkanym odpływem- stoi się po kostki w zużytej wodzie, miejsca złączeń kabiny zarośnięte czarnym osadem glonów; kabina powinna być usunięta z użytku; suszarka do włosów owszem, jest, ale jej podstawa nie ufiksowana na ścianie, trzeba ją trzymać w ręce, kran umywalki pracuje skokowo- jest zatarty i niesprawny, za oknami latarnie rozświetlajace okolicę i pokoje przez całą noc, a zasłony nie pokrywają okien- ledwo na styk;
W salonie chwiejące się, oberwane drzwiczki w szafce, oraz dwie kanapy- przesiąknięte smrodem całego pomieszczenia- jak w salonie bilardowym.

We went in December. The breakfast was excellent, very diverse, continental with a mix of Balkan style. Overall stay was fine considering 20 mins drive to Belgrade. Definitely for larger families, it offered privacy and comfort to some extent. The staff was helpful and friendly. Late dinners were still possible, and the dining area has fantastic vibe.
The huts were nice to look at but cleanliness can be a bit off. Bugs did come in, even during winters and bathrooms need better ventilation. The bed was okay while the sofa set was comfortable. WIth a little more maintenance, these can be turned as top experiences.

The water boiler in the room is not sufficient to provide hot water for two people.

We had a nice big wooden house, very cozy inside. Staff was really helpful with everything. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had. A la carte menu was also great and they have a children playroom connected with the restaurant. Spa was also very nice, although quite small

Πολύ όμορφες εγκαταστάσεις. Μείναμε σε ένα από τα ξύλινα σπιτακια. Το δωμάτιο αρχικά μας φάνηκε λίγο κρύο αλλά στη συνέχεια ζεσταθηκε πάρα πολύ.
Υπήρχαν ελαττώματα στα παράθυρα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να τα ανοίξουμε,ένα από αυτά είχε σπασμένο χερουλι και το άλλο άνοιγε μόνο του οπότε απλά το στερεωσαμε κάπως...

Εξαιρετικά τα ξύλινα σπιτάκια, πολύ ζεστά και λειτουργικά, μπορούν άνετα να φιλοξενήσουν μέχρι 7 άτομα.
Η μόνωση στα σπιτάκια,δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα καλή,με αποτέλεσμα όταν υπάρχει οχλαγωγία στα διπλανά δωμάτια να ακούγονται τα πάντα

The girl on the reception was very nice and welcoming
Absolutely everything else was awful. One of the dirtiest places we've ever been - everything in the bathroom was either rusty, mouldy or broken. The bed was full with hair that was definitely not ours. The room was clearly smoken into. Looked way better in the photos - the only upside was we only stayed for one night on our way. Definitely would not recommend...

Είναι αρκετά μακριά από το κέντρο. Απέχει πάνω από μισή ώρα.Τα 17Km που λέει το Booking.con είναι με ελικόπτερο.
Το WiFi στο δωμάτιο μας ήταν αδύνατο, στην βεράντα ήταν καλύτερο

Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung stimmt nicht wirklich mit der Realität überein (Shampoo etc). Am ersten Tag war der private Parkplatz überfüllt, wahrscheinlich weil die Gäste einer Hochzeitsfeier dort auch geparkt hatten. Das Verfahren um auf den privaten Parkplatz zu kommen geht über Anruf (via WhatsApp) an die Rezeption und erscheint mir etwas kompliziert. Die ganze Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel im Superiorzimmer waren eher sehr einfach. Die Bettdecke mußte selber bezogen werden. Die Nähte des Bettbezuges waren kaputt. Eine Anleitung wie man den Fernseher bedienen kann wäre hilfreich. Im Spabereich funktionierte weder das Jacuzzi noch das Hamam. Der Ruhebereich im Spa bestand aus zwei Thermalliegen und normalen Stühlen. Bei mir waren die Liegen belegt und ich fand es nicht entspannend auf den Stühlen zu sitzen und habe das "Saunaerlebnis" vorzeitig abgebrochen.
Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig aber eher billig.

The accommodation is very good considering the price. Comfortable and clean. Food was actually quite amazing! Staff were helpful and very friendly. Restaurant staff 10 star rating. Really lovely.
The actual water park could be far better. Lounges really old and broken. Water would question filtering system. There is a little nook jacuzzi in a pool that was actually a green slimey swamp. Breakfast could definitely be fresher! Restaurant needs a complete over hall.

Het was een sprookjeshuwelijk in een prachtige omgeving. Al onze complimenten gaan uit naar het team van S-Klub omtrent de accommodatie en de appartementen die wij hebben mogen reserveren. Jullie zijn in één woord: GEWELDIG! Heel veel dank voor alle goede zorgen! Doručak vrlo raznovrstan, bogat švedski sto. Divan restoran, mi smo tu i ručali kad smo stigli. Sve je puno zelenila, tiho i mirno, odlično za odmor. Posebna pogodnost je aqua park koji mogu koristiti gosti hotela bez naknade. Parking obezbijeđen.
Neke sitnice u sobi bi se mogle popraviti, na primjer tuš kabina.

alle 4 Handtücher im Bad hatten braune Flecken. Die Rutschen wurden einfach gegen 17 Uhr geschlossen.

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très varié et complet. L'accès aux piscines et au parc aquatique du matin au soir était génial. En semaine, il y a peu de monde, nous avons donc pu aussi réserver facilement le spa.
Certaines installations sont vétustes, l'eau des piscines est assez froide et le restaurant est cher. L'hôtel n'est pas non plus très bien situé. Il y a bien un arrêt de bus mais il faut attendre longtemps.
