The staff is the best I've seen in my life. She even gave me tiramissu. The breakfast is great as well.

All the staff was really friendly and assisted me when I asked for their help. Really close to the train station and excellent link to Milan (it takes less to reach Milan central station than from south of Milan). Comfortable rooms and bed.

La posizione è ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e vicinissima al centro storico. Lo staff è gentilissimo e le camere così come la struttura sono di costruzione recente.
Piccolo neo è dato dal fatto che le camere affacciano sul corridoio principale dove è presente l'ingresso, la reception e la sala colazione quindi i rumori si avvertono facilmente da quel lato.

Nice place to stay with a underground garage and good breakfast. Bedroom is clean and spacious. The 2 ladies who works at the reception are very friendly and helpful.

The lady who hosted was very nice and sweet, though she speaks no English, we managed to comunicate. (:

This place looks like a modified bank offices floor. It is located above an active bank.
We received the first room, closest to the front door, so you hear the buzzer of the door all the time, and people speak at the coridor in the morning.
The shower lacked hot water.
Room was clean, the bed was adequatly comfortable.
One plus km to the duomo and city center.

So pleasant staff with big smile. Perfect and smiley contact. Ideal and very clean room. Good place to go everywhere in Monza. Very close to train station and bus stop. Breakfast was so yummy! Ciao dalla Polonia!

- Once you get in everything is perfect.
However, I can imagine that if you were to arrive in bad weather, on Sunday evening, you might be in less than perfect mood.
We arrived on Sunday, but not late, and in good weather. I was confused, though. My messages on Booking were left unanswered, phone calls also weren't answered (turned out staff was outside briefly). And I didnt notice that the front gate, which leads to the bank as well, had a card reader. So if you pop a credit card in the reader - you can open the gate yourself. Worth knowing. Good that I wasnt in a rush and one stroll around the block wasnt a big problem. Noticed the card reader on the second try. ;-)
This needs to be fixed, guests need to get at least an automated message after booking with directions and such hints. Once fixed - easily a 9 or even 10.
