De tudo da limpeza das colchas de cama cheirosa e do dono ser bem ativo enquanto a isso, responde as mensagem rápida.

O prédio por fora parece muito antigo, mas o apartamento é bem legal. Recém reformado, equipamentos funcionando bem, banheiro ótimo. Cozinha totalmente equipada, fizemos refeições no local, inclusive a ceia de réveillon, e foi tudo ótimo.

O apartamento ficava no 2º andar do prédio, com acesso apenas por escadas e meu pai, com baixa capacidade de locomoção, teve dificuldades para ficar subindo e descendo. Outro ponto que achei fraco foi a cama do sofá-cama. O colchão não era tão confortável e parecia que tinha um ferro da estrutura do sofá que ficava bem no meio das costas. Tivemos que tirar o colchão e colocar no chão, para ficar mais confortável a estadia.

key box not at a house but hidden behind a park gate in a different road some minutes walk away and difficult to reach by car .. all unnecessarily confusing On arrival Toilet was full of previous tenants' excrements and they would not flush . We had to spend the first hour on a videocall with host and clean the toilet with dangerous caustic soda .and leave it over night with no access to toilet for us. A nightmare ..for a stop .. also parking facilities are not at all easy..

The property is located perfectly, very clean and tidy and great value.

One issue that was quickly addressed was the instructions on how to get the keys for the place as the key box is located away from the property. I think they have now added some photos that explain everything

Great apartment well situated in Pontarlier. Well equipped, comfortable and close to the Via Francigena. Bakery right next door and close to other services. Recommended

Had a little problem finding the key but the owner helped us out.

It was warm and clean, which as we were soaked to the skin upon arrival , was very much appreciated
