Alexa to stream your favorite ad-free Spotify music. Comfortable Queen beds in every room, and a fully stocked kitchen for when you want that taste of home. This home is just south of Interstate 44 - great choice! The whole house is available. *There are two locked, private closets for cleaner and supplies If you need us, we are always available on message board or text/call options. Let us know if you have any questions or need anything That disclaimer language: 1. Please keep children from walking/standing/jumping on any of the furniture. 2. Having parties forfeits the reservation, with no refund. **Strickly enforced 3. Unregistered (ESA & Service Animals need to be registered please) pets forfeits reservation, with no refund. $30 added. If incident isn't immediately caught there will be a daily minimum fine of $30. 4. No loud music or noise after 10 pm. 5. We can only accept bookings from completed account profiles (registered phone number and government-issued ID attached to their account). 6. There is a $50 late check-out fee. 7. Lost or broken item costs will be added to booking fee. 8. If broken house rules cause subsequent guest/s to cancel or require refund/s – these losses will be charged to previously cited guest. 9. Registered guest counts need to be accurate. For every unregistered guest, we hold the right to add an additional $10 fee per extra person, per night. 10. There is a $200 smoking fine for each day of the infraction and/or stay (smoking further away to help air out oneself is acceptable). 11. Due to regular misrepresentations and broken house rules, we no longer accept local bookings from guests with negative-ratings or lack of history. 12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on premises and it's facilities. 13. No shoes on carpet please

First time using VRBO. The owners were very helpful after i messed up the reservation. Walked me through correcting. The property is very nice. Me, my wife and my 80 yr old mom stayed. It was perfect for our group. Very large seating areas. Lots of hidden features with the lighting. The garage. Its convenient to I44. Easy travel to Bass Pro and Battlefield area. I feel like we got a.lot of room and quality for our money.

We enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very responsive with questions. The house was clean, inviting, well organized and thought out. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had plenty of towels and supplies. We had everything we needed.

Just a one night stay. Had 5 teenagers with us. They enjoyed all the “techie” stuff. With the surround sound and all the Alexa’s in the rooms. Perfect for a quick place to stay.

We stayed at his wonderful and cozy location while working nearby in Willard, MO. The home was close to a lot of food and shopping locations as well as many other option just a few minutes away. We really liked the fact that the home was up to date with technology and a bonus was the huge TV in the living room. Highly recommend staying here. I know we will if we ever are in Springfield again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, every place we went to was within 15 minutes of the house. We felt very at home here and the cameras were a nice feature when you’re staying someplace you have never been to. We enjoyed watching tv on the huge tv, we now have to purchase one for home. Overall a great place to stay and we will definitely book again the next time we are in town.

This was one of the nices vrbo I have ever stayed at. The only issue I had is the power went out in the middle of the night and because its a smart house the lights came on when power came back on. It was a minor issue and was not an issue due to the host.

Good points: There was a large TV and sectional that was a joy to use after a day of running around. There was a nice, fully stocked kitchen to use. The beds were large with nice sheets and pillows. The showers had a ton of water pressure. The HVAC pumped out plenty of cold air. Plenty of towels for the stay. The host did add several small touches like LED lighting under the beds, a charging station for any type of port, fans for noise while you slept, some board games, interesting books to read, good wifi, dinner tables so you could eat in the living room, and a huge garage to park the car in. Not so good points: For those needing a soft bed, these are not the beds for you as they were quite firm. There was a smoke smell as my wife and her friend both were bothered by it and had headaches all weekend.

We just stayed 1 night as we traveled through. House is clean but does have an old house smell. Beautifully fixed up and we felt safe even though the neighborhood seemed odd… let’s just say it was the nicest house on the street! Security cameras and clean are a huge plus! If we traveled through again we would stay there if available.

Spacious 3 bedroom with nice vaulted ceilings. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Appliances were modern and appeared to be almost new. HUGE! tv with most apps available.

The host was very kind and accommodating. We visited for three nights and it was clean, comfortable and close to lots of conveniences. It has easy access to highways, so it was a good location for getting elsewhere. The beds we’re comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for hosting our stay!

We traveled to Springfield to pack and pick up our daughter from college. We were traveling with me, my dad, my husband, and our daughter stayed with us after checking out of the dorm. We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. My daughter loved the big couch and tv. I enjoyed the lights under the bed that made it easy to see if you needed to get up in the night. Everything was clean, which is a huge thing. We also enjoyed the long table and playing Yahtzee from the hall cupboard. The master shower, was a bit small, but we made it work. Overall a very comfortable place.

The location was ideal for our trip. Very spacious. Great amenities. VERY well kept. When walking in the front door, seeing the perfectly straight vacuum lines in the carpet, my husband and I both let out a sigh of relief. We were very happy with our stay!
