IMPORTANT NOTICE: Fairlakes Village will be working on renovations in the exterior areas from April 10th, 2023 until April 24th, 2023, if the weather allows the project to go as planned. Guests that book their reservations between these dates should be aware that there will be potential of construction noise outside from 8:00 AM until later in the afternoon and they might have to park their vehicles just a little further away from the villa than usual.
