The Space: Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials for everyday cooking, as well as a full bathroom supplied with soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. You will find a pullout couch in the living room, allowing this apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests! There is also a washer and dryer on the premisses for your use. Guest Access: Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. The Neighborhood: Located just off Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants. The popular Mainstrasse with shops, bars, and more is only a few blocks away. The Historic Linden Grove Cemetery & Arboretum is right around the corner! Getting Around: Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington. Other Things to Note: We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Interaction with Guests: Our interaction with you is minimal unless you need us. In that case, we can be there in minutes!
