Plenty of space in the flat. Extremely large terrace with good views to the surrounding, although with quite few furniture (1 table + 6 chairs). 10 min walk to the nearest beach, and approx. 45 min walk to Budva old town. Own parking place in the basement on street level.
Ocassionally busy road with limited visibility in front of building, so crossing the street when walking to beach or town can be challenging. Slightly run down facility with incipient water problem, especially in the other bath room, with door that doesn't close properly.
