This was the perfect house for me, my husband, parents and our 2 dogs. Great location, quiet neighborhood, beautiful backyard to sit and have coffee in the morning and let the dogs hangout! Will definitely be going back and hopefully soon! Also the host Nick was great, communicated well with us and was very friendly, I highly recommended this property!

This home looks just like the listing photos. Very very clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Nice large televisions. Very large coffee station with many choices of flavors, sweeteners, etc. Convenient location to Mayo Clinic, beach and shopping. Quiet neighborhood and lovely backyard space. Thanks Nick!

I can't say enough about this property. I liked it so much, I stayed an extra day after my friend departed. The house is so well stocked, I never needed for anything. The house was super clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the TVs were mammoth and Nicolas the owner, is the nicest, most amenable host I've ever dealt with. Anything you could want or need is just a few minutes down the road. Beach, shops, restaurants. There was one, ONLY one, drawback about the property. The water literally backs right up to the property, which is divided by a small fence. However, on one portion there's a void from shore erosion at the bottom that a small dog can easily pass under. So a little extra caution is needed if you let a small pet loose out back. Otherwise, I couldn't be any happier with my stay and Nicolas. I have already booked another visit closer to the holidays.

This was perfect for our family of four and our dog. We needed a place close to UNF to move our son into the dorms (it was about 15 minutes away), but I wanted to be close to the beach. Most importantly we wanted a clean place that allowed our dog. The 5 star reviews for this place are right on the mark. It is very clean and does not smell “doggy.” The furnishings, beds, linens and all the little extras are so nice (coffee bar, baked goods, luggage racks, huge tvs in each room and wine!) It was hard to find a cute little house with two full baths but this one has it and two very spacious bedrooms. The outdoor space is so cute and would have been very relaxing if not for the rain and very warm weather. It has covered seating areas and a deck you can sit on and watch nature and drink a glass of wine or coffee. Our dog loved going outside and chasing the lizards and investigating the flower beds. The location is great and you could walk to the beach if you wanted to but the drive is easily 5 minutes or so to a good sized public parking area. A giant park is a few blocks away that my 8 year old loved. Tons of restaurants and shops at the beach as well as over by UNF. Nick is a very accommodating and responsive host. He always answered right away if I had a question. Checking in is super easy as well. I truly hope we can stay here again in the future when we are down for a “real” vacation! Thanks, Nick!!

Everything was amazing! Location, amenities and communication with the host!

Host was very responsive and made check in and out incredibly easy! Home was well stocked and had several special welcome touches. Close to everything and very easy access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Plan on staying again when visiting daughter again!

We were so comfortable! The host was very responsive, but we didn't really even need anything! Very quiet residential area but close enough to the highway for an easy ride to the college and very convenient to beach and restaurants.

Seriously, one of the very best VRBOs out there. Located in a quiet neighborhood and easy driving distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the Mayo Clinic. The home is clean, neat and has nice decor and finishes (including nice pillows/linens, towels and soaps). The kitchen is nicely organized and well stocked for "light" cooking. Nick left us yummy baked goods and wine (thank you - we loved it all!!). We felt like important and valued guests. We've stayed at many VRBOs over the years and this one is at the very top of the list!

We, a couple of couples rented this place this passed weekend while we were attending Springing In the Blues festival. This is a very nice little house, clean and comfy. The owner went the extra mile by providing some really nice and welcoming extras, cookies, cake, wine. Very nice. Just one small glitch with the key code for the door upon arriving, but our host attended to it immediately once we called him, We would definitely stay here again!

The house was better than the photos. It is clean and perfectly equipped. The owner is easily available and responds right away, altho we only had to tell him we arrived and left because the house is problem free. The TVs worked easily for even us who are totally tech clueless. The back yard is charming, private and peaceful. The home is pleasantly decorated. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. Location is great. Thanks for a great experience.

Very comfortable. Good furnishings, very nicely equipped kitchen. Beautiful interior decor. Nice quality linens and towels. Quiet, safe neighborhood. We loved sitting on the back deck at sunset. The house is beautiful & clean and the back yard overlooking the pond is serene and great for bird & turtle watching. The house is located only minutes from Jacksonville beach and the action along A1A & S Beach Street. Our dog (Lucy) found the neighborhood great for taking long walks. We took day trips to St. Augustine and the Talbot Islands which were fun and beautiful. The Downtown boardwalk was also great and it is pet friendly. Our host Nicolas was cordial and made sure we knew he was available if needed. We were very happy with our VRBO selection (it was our first) and would recommend this property & VRBO in general to anyone looking for a place to rent short term.

This is a wonderful property! It was perfect for our long weekend. The two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom were great. The property was decorated beautifully and clean. Anything you need in the kitchen was there. The welcome gifts were appreciated and delicious. The back yard is the highlight of this property! The deck overlooking the water was super cute and the patio was wonderful as well. We spent every morning and evening outside enjoying the views. We would definitely come back! The host, Nick was very attentive and any questions we had he was quick to answer. Overall-no complaints!
