It was right across the street from the mega mall.

The property is NOT a hotel. It is rather a booking agent for some of the rooms in the building. There’s NO on-site lobby or way to contact the leasing agent in person or by phone. The workers at the lobby said that they had never HEARD of Spacious Suites. There’s no phone number listed on their website. My phone was inadvertently locked when I tried to install a Philippine SIM card in it and was therefore unusable for my trip. I was unable to use my phone for emails and thereby get the room key. I therefore had to pay AGAIN for a room for those 5 nights and Spacious Suites never answered my email asking for a refund for the accommodations that were NEVER USED.

There’s no view from the window except for the other apartment tower across. So blinds were kept down for privacy. Elevator - too slow

The location was great. Near my work and near to large Malls.

The rooms were smaller than I expected and the title spacious is misleading. We have a 1 year old child who needs more space to run around in. The WiFi did not work for 5 days out of 9. In the end it only needed a re-set but even after the reset the connection was lost a couple of times and further resets were required. This made it very hared to work and I had to walk out to cafes to work.

Great place to staycation

Near SM Megamall, Pool and Gym are accessible.. Good deal for a staycation.

One elevator is not working for our floor. Garden only has few plants.
