La alberca que está con temperatura caliente, el gym y restaurante

Las televisiones no tienen youtube, les falta actualizar esa parte y la clave de internet muy enfadoso estar poniendo a cada momento la clave y contraseña de ahí en fuera todo súper bien.

Nice and clean location. Staff were friendly.

We had an issue with poor staff attendance during dinner. But the waiter Juan apologized and explained the prior waiter left not telling others to attend to us. But breakfast, Juan was our waiter and we had excellent service along with the manager Angel.

Very clean and staff is wonderful.

Hotel is starting to need remodeling and pool needs to be redone.

Location and food

The hotel needs a makeover especially the bathroom - I placed my tray out the door after I had dinner and was pick up 3 days after. The pool water could be more clear

Decent location

There was a lot of noice, shower sprinkler not functional.

Overral satisfied.

NOISY AIR UNIT VERY NOISY AND TOLET HAD RUNNING WATER.

BETTER PARKING AND BETTER CARE OF ROOM

It was great , many varieties of choices to choose from different type of foods .

I did not like the staff customer service that was given , it was too confusing , too busy I'm assuming on their end making it difficult for other customers to receive proper service and check ins including room service , and cleaningness of the rooms, not enough clean towels for new customers like myself checking in for the first time. And what I did not enjoy at all was the check in service from front desk , why were we being asked so many questions for example our identification cards , from each person that was actually staying in the room so if a child was staying him too had to present some kind of identification document for which they then took copy of and returned the originals but kept our photocopy of our personal information for which we don't know why it was needed since we payed the high full amount for the night stay in full dollar amount cash anyways, and why instead of just me since I'm the only one doing the check in and paying for the stay at the location to receive me key and room , but not only me if my son or for example father was staying with me as well they too had to present a card of identification and child some sort of identity document of them so they can photocopy and keep return the originals and give us our receipt , my point is why so much information is given just for a stay at this location , I believe when it comes too personal information it should always stay at a minimum of discretion and always kept confidential sharing it can cause a lot of problems like identity theft and other problems.
