Price of the rooms
I didn't like the staff working at the front desk/ check-in. He tried to over charge me.

Location was close to my event
When walking my dog in the evening I witnessed some sketchy activity by some of the guests and didn’t feel safe. One night there were also some dogs running loose at the convenience store in front of the hotel.

Between booking price and actual room price was.01$ luckily I had change. Tub has hair all over it toilet paper torn up. No coffee pot.

The hotel was dirty. Linens and towels stained. The hall cluttered with items. The staff had a language barrier. Breakfast there wasn't coffee. Our room had a coffee maker but no cups or coffee
