Big hill to walk up that taxis will not drive up. Not ideal with baggage. Staff do not speak English so when we had numerous problems we just had to deal with it

Typical shower won’t drain. Not fixed after mentioned. Balcony door would not lock. Easy access if wrong people in area. Hopefully unlikely.

The pool was great and the place has a great sea view. Location is quiet but close to a local beach. Staff were amazing finding us better deals with all the activities. Staff were very accommodating and even allowed us to wait for the credit card to clear to finalize the payment on our last day of stay.

If I really need to nitpick, the bathroom gets wet very quickly as there are no barriers with the shower.

The view from the roof was perfect. Nice managers. Almost everything is new and clean. Near to the beach, store 7-eleven and local food markets

Nobody says that it's based high on a mountainside - without car or bike it's difficult to get there (especially for elderly people or kids). Rooms with “mountain view” means that you will literally see a mountainside PLUS a house in front of you (almost no privacy, but curtains rule, that won't help on the balcony of course). Also there was a dirty toilet bowl when we've arrived, but later it also wasn't cleaned (but the rest of the room was perfectly washed) - it's ridiculous. Booking was ordered with paying by card, but money wasn't debited. So we had to pay by cash (almost everything we had in a wallet that moment prepared for another expenses)

Superb hotel located near the beach and the city center. The staff is very kind, very helpful and very professional. Magnificent rooftop pool with sea views. I recommend!
