Cadre agréable, personnel disponible, chambre magnifique, calme total

I love the overall design of the places, how clean the place was and welcoming. The staff was exceptional and I think it’s what made the stay more memorable.
Some technical issues, but I think they were mainly related to the weather and storm. Other than that nothing to complain about

I liked that it was a little oasis in the rural side of Marrakech, it was nice to unwind and enjoy your time, the bed was comfy and it was very lovely
The food was the pain point, there wasn't really much options on the menu which can get Tiresome,

A true gem in the outskirts of Marrakech to relax! The guest house is located in a beautiful enclosed 'Secret Garden'. The Royal Suite is equipped with every comfort and has a beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains and the olive grove. The staff are fantastic! Hospitality and personal service are of paramount importance. The guesthouse has a mini hammam where you can get a wonderful hammam treatment and massage. There is a casual, free atmosphere. So no program or restaurant times. Meals are freshly prepared on request. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The taxi ride to the center of Marrakech takes about half an hour.
A welcome improvement is the renewal of the sunbeds at the pool and the expansion of the drinks menu.

It’s fair to say that it was … AMAZING. Green Life is an oasis, a stunning beauty situated between Marrakech and the foot of the Atlas-mountains. Not only our suite (Atlas) but all the rooms are marvellous, they are created with so much love to details. Also the garden, the pool, the terrace left nothing to be desired. Having dinner on the terrace with view in the garden, cautious arranged with lights, simply is a romantic adventure. Green Life is such a quiet place, we could not have imagined a place more ideal to relax and take a break from our „real life“. Though all the staff members have been sensational I do have to mention one member by name: Mounnaim, the good soul of Green Life, was always kind and calm. Whenever we needed something we could send him a message and he took care of everything. Again - thank’s a lot for everything. We had six wonderful days we won‘t forget. M&G
Everything was perfect for us.

We were first greeted by a man called Mounaim and from the get go was; friendly, welcoming and extremely accommodating through out our stay. It was a wonderful place to be. Would certainly recommend the lemon chicken tagine to anybody.

This place is a perfect location to come and just completely unwind. It is an oasis with lush green gardens, birds cats and a peacock. The place offers everything at the accommodation, food drinks excursions hammam etc. Monaim was great and very helpfuL with anything I needed.
Possibly room cleaned more often
But everything else cleanliness wise was perfect.

Green Life Marrakech is set in beautiful grounds and the property is well maintained. The pool is of a good size, although it is unheated.
The view of the Atlas Mountains is beautiful.
Taxi’s cost approximately £30 each way into central Marrakech. However, as we travelled in a large group per person this was not too bad for us.
The hotel is run on very little staff, rather more similar to B&B style. The breakfast, a selection of bread and a fried egg was fine for a couple of days, but did become rather boring after a short while. There was never any variation of any of the breakfast items. The quality of the orange juice and jam was quite poor.
Toilet rolls seemed in very short supply. One was given in the room, and even when the rooms were serviced, additional rolls were not provided. There is a toilet in the main part of the hotel, but on multiple occasions there was no toilet roll there either. Whilst there may be cultural differences in the use of toilet roll, it would have been nice if this was provided without the need to constantly ask.
There is no soap provided in the room and the one small bottle of shower gel and shampoo were not replenished.
You had to ask for the room to be serviced, +/- towels to be changed. The towels were super hard and many had marks on.
The experience at this hotel could easily be massively improved with a few small improvements. A hotel shuttle bus would also be a welcome addition.

This hotel is an oasis of calm and I would definitely return here on arrival. One week here is so relaxing compared to central Marakech. The hotel is set in an olive grove with amazing accommodation. The main building feels like a High end private house, well furnished cool and very calm. The rooms are of various styles with ‘tents’ that are sumptuous inside; air conditioned, power shower, beds you could laze in all day ( I am still in mine writing this and its nearly time for breakfast) I chose the Lovers Room despite travelling alone :) and its so good, wooden shutters, stained glass bathroom door, TV ( if you want to watch the horrors on BBC world service) very quiet at night except for the frogs which croak you to sleep. Resident peacock strolls the grounds.
You are out in the wilds here but that’s what an oasis is. Only one man on site to help you but Karem is the nicest, kindest of men . Karem’s English is not great but you will get by , he knows the basics for attending to guests but dont ask him how many millimetres of rain fell on Mount Toubkal last Thursday. No instructions or guides are made available to help you with using the internal phone system, how to use the TV, ordering food, dining times but on that note you can order food and drink day and night but Karem needs to sleep! . This place needs more staff on site so I would advise you to consider the above before booking in here. Also please note that mid march as I write this is Ramadan and this is a Muslim country so the call to prayer at 5am may be used as a cue that its time to get up and have a pee.

The birds!
The trees and natural environment
The pool
The still calm atmosphere
The staff were lovely
The breakfast was a fried egg and bread every day - no fruit or anything . I wasn’t made aware of a la carte options
The basic shower hose with inconsistent flow and loose toilet seat wasn’t that convenient . No conditioner
The beds were hard and the towels very crispy and rough - no flannels
The food I didn’t love and there were no snacks , ice cream etc, although the chicken tagine was really good
Facilities wise I didn’t see spa or jacuzzi but then I think the hotel should do a quick guide to the facilities - how to request etc and what is available at that point
The terrace was nice but needed flowers - basically the place needs a bit of embellishment. Although I still think it’s lovely

It was exactly what we needed. Somewhere beautiful and peaceful to rest and enjoy the end of after holidays.
It is quite far from anything... and taxi is quite expensive to get back to marrakesh even just for an evening meal.

Everything. We had a fantastic time. The service, the smiles, the food were impeccable. The garden is so gorgeous that you want to spend most of your time outside chilling. Karim and Wafa took care of us with an exceptional kindness and diligence. A h
alf an hour drive from Marrakech where after a day spent visiting you're happy to go back to this quiet place full of lush vegetation. The house is stunning with its typically Moroccan and berbère features, set among olive trees. I miss it already. We'll definitely come back!
More books to read in the house. Eventually more TV to be able to enjoy some movies in the evening.

I think, the breakfast should have more variety, and should not be the same every day.

Beautiful ambiance, I've trees and flowers. Quiet and peaceful.
The WiFi connection is absolutely terrible. The management lacks care and foresight : we stayed for 5 days and didn't have our room cleaned once, we had to ask for toilet paper all the time.
There is no fitness room as advertised and the menu didn't really offer any vegetarian options. The location is far from Marrakech, which means you need to rent a car to get out of the compound. Overall relatively expensive for what we recieved in terms of access, services, quality of food and customer care.

beautiful gardens and pool with lovely areas to sit and relax. quiet and peaceful
only criticism was that we ordered dinner and it took a very long time to come. but might be because we were last minute bookers. otherwise all good

It was a piece of paradise, in a beautiful green oasis. All you can hear, are the sounds of the birds, in the gardens. A special mention for Abdou, who worked tirelessly to see I had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him,, and he was working on his own, looking after all the guests. The food was fresh, made to order, and always delicious. Would definitely recommend Greenlife.
The Wifi in the rooms was very intermittent. But did not in anyway spoil my stay.

it was absolutely amazing! one of my Favorit hotels in the world I have to say. It was so calm and beautiful. you just hear birds and the wind all day long. the breakfast is super amazing and Abdoul made it even better. The service was really pleasant and we even extended one day because we didn’t want to leave. I can’t highly recommend this beautiful paradise.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in a peaceful oasis outside of the hustle of Marrakech. It is such a stunning place, wonderful rooms, the garden perfectly maintained, refreshing pool, delicious food and really authentic moroccan desing allover. Osama and the rest of the team were perfect hosts and taking so good care after us. Osama fullfilled every wish and made us really feel comfortable, just like at home. We will always be happy to come back! Shukran bezeef!
