The bed was comfortable, the place was warm and I loved the provided breakfast and treats. I also appreciated having shampoo, conditioner there too. Once there, the communication was great.

Communication leading up to stay wasn't great and my name was spelt wrong. I ended up having to ring once I got to the destination to ask for lock box code as I hadn't got a response.

Can't say enough good things about the property and the host, we had a very enjoyable stay would have liked to have booked for a 3rd night but was fully booked, the host was really lovely and we had a jar of their honey to takeaway.

Tiny House is a small trailer set in a nice private garden. It’s design concept is lovely. The included breakfast is a choice of cereals or weetabix, fresh milk, coffee and tea, 4 slices of toast, some butter, jam, and manuka honey. There would have been canned beans and peach as well. Full self-catering kitchen & utensils are provided. If you are into an autonomous, self-catering experience without meeting or talking to a local host (checkin is remote via a key box), then Tiny House is for you.

The mattress felt quite soft / old and the bed / sheets were slightly stained; overall, good value for money though.

The location is so pretty, and the tiny house is set amidst beautiful gardens with lots of birdsong. The decor was up to the minute and everything was very cosy. You really feel like you are on holiday here, it commands you to relax!

Only small gripe was the breakfast on offer was a wee bit disappointing. Whilst I wasn’t expecting a cooked breakfast, most motels I stay in offer real coffee. The proximity of the nearest cafe to get your morning kickstart is not close if you are not an instant coffee drinker. Also no iron/ironing board. Consider this if packing for business.

Love the place, Quiet, private, good location, lovely Host, and great get away for the night. Enjoyed my Rest so much, I Slept right through haha :) Thank use !
