Best location in Pula, for sure :) The flat is brand new, with everything you need. Clean, living room very spacious! 2 Aircondition units were very helpful.

Location is super - right at the edge of the old Pula city, so your city tour starts literally from the first step.

1) There is no cleaning fee listed in the description or policies, you are simply charged for +50 EUR at the final booking step. For me this is an example of "hidden cost". Do not understand how Booking allows this. 2) For this fee our room was not super clean - hair on the bathroom floor etc. It's a second signal that this "cleaning fee" is just the way to get additional money for nothing. 3) Check out by 10:30. Unfortunaley, we were just a couple of minutes late packing our stuff. At 10:25 the cleaning person was already ringing our doorbell, and at 10:38 she simply came in and started cleaning! So we were literally kicked off at 10:40. Well, being 10 minutes late is my fault, of course, but such kind of zero respect to clients is really surprising.

The view, and the space was nice. And the location was super.

We had some problems with the lack of hot water, and one the toilets could not flush. The kitchen was a bit lacking, and there was a fair share of noice from the street.

the property is in the middle of the centar of Pula. you can easily walk to many places and restaurants to eat.

The location was amazing. It was right next to the amphitheater. There was no concert on when we were there so it was very quiet. However, I would book for a concert and enjoy for free since you can sit right above it. We didn't have a balcony but there was a great cafe/bar right up the steps. The hosts were very helpful and told us where to park for free on the street above the apartment.

It was quite hot when we stayed and the upstairs AC didn't work great at all. There were several cobwebs and spiders in the upstairs bedrooms that we had to deal with (kids have spider phobia). The stairs would be scary for families with small children--no real handle, just a rope handle.

Lovely apartment in a historic building right next to the ancient Roman amphitheater. Sea and park view. The owner was very friendly, he told us about the free parking place (next street). The apartment had an air conditioner and a heater (we were in winter), a kitchen with a gas stove, a large wardrobe, a comfortable mattress, and orthopedic pillows.

Location is perfect, the Pola theatre is the next "door", old town is 10 minutes walk, parking relatively easy, good price, and nice apartment on two floors, nice stay

We've been good, the only remarkable problem was that the apartment had not been cleaned when we got there, the owner himself realized it showing us the facility, apologized and immediatly called someone to solve the problem.

Best place in Pula, directly next to the amphitheater. It is a spacious apartment that’s perfectly suited for small families with 2 children, or maybe 4 adults. You have your own kitchen and a parking lot is on the upper street. The owner is a gentle person who‘ll meet you when you arrive. I had a great time there.

The location is good -right next to the Pula amphitheater and the center of Pula.

It was dirty - the dishes were sticky, the table was sticky. The conditioner worked badly because it is not cleaned for a long time - partly it didn’t blow. And it is very noisy. Noisy and not effective.

I liked the location, the hospitable owner, he helped when I have a questions. In fact, the apartment is better than in the photo! Location good for seesights and travel! We took a bicekles and could see a lot biutiful place!

Brilliant apartment for a great price. Can't beat the location and ask the staff for the location of free parking. Although the car park opposite is cheap enough at 0.50€ per hour
