room size was okay. the premisses are okay, a bit rundown but acceptable.
The worse reception staff ever! No, even a good evening we got. They did not even look at our faces. Very bad! very lame breakfast too.

The hotel sells to be more than what it actually is, not only in the pictures they show here, but also the stars (it is not a 4 star hotel) and certainly NOT the price. I felt fooled and deceived.

When I came to the hotel, no rooms were available and they were facing some issues with all clients to access their rooms, probably because of a problem in the door locker. At that time was 1 am and I was with my wife and our daughter 3 years old. I told to recepcionist that, at minimum, the hotel cannot charge me, because of an error that was not caused by myself. If they don't have more rooms available, or for those that were available and locked to accesing, at least an information to the clients should be sent before arriving and do the check-in. When we are wainting, my wifw saw a cockroach in the restaurant.
