The pool is nice

1) The room I believe not as 20 square meters as described, it is smaller. 2) The internet almost not work every night after around 9pm, and the worst is after we told the the owner , we were told next day we can go to swim in the swing pool that hour , which is dark and cold instead of using internet. 3)The shower drain not work very well, need to stop several times of shower to let the water out of the drain 4) The refrigerator sounds like a washing machine, kept making sounds , especially in the night, heard more clear 5) the door of the bathroom can not be closed properly, seems that the door is over the frame 6) The room is already quite small, and there are several things I consider no use to put it inside, like the table , all of the cutleries, 2 chair and 1 bench ( one of them ) is enough. It make more difficult to put luggage because of the room already quite small. We ask to move the table out, we were told that the table is expensive, can not be taken away

Really clean and new appartment with a beautiful pool! The pool was quiet and had a beautiful view!

Our room was perfect but a bit small and didn’t had windows (think this is the only smaller appartment there because we were late with booking). But it had everything you need and of course the beautiful pool. Also it was very very clean which we really loved. Also eye for detail in the design.

Very relaxing location with nice fully equipped rooms and very nice swimmingpool. Sibenik en Krka NP very close. Very friendly owners. Great breakfast.

Definitely recommend staying at the Residence. The staff is super nice & very responsive on the Whatsapp. My boyfriend and I especially enjoyed the swimming pool area. It was very quiet and calm. The breakfasts on the terrace were great, the room was cosy and clean. We kind of had the feeling we were alone there since the other guests were also very respective & polite. We loved our stay and would 100% come back.

The Pool was fantastic, spotlessly clean. Beautiful views. Beach bar was a 1 minute walk away from the apartment. Very traditional, purely drinks and ice creams sold only. The owner Marco and his wife, very welcoming and friendly.

Location! 15 minute cab journey away from Sibenik town. If you needed a local shop you have to get a taxi, not within walking distance. Apartment was very dated.

The owners were extremely kind, responded to every message immediately and had a great understanding for every request and situation. Beautiful, peaceful, clean place to relax in peace. The pool area is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended and hopefully, I will come back soon. :)

The pool, the breakfast and the room was great. The host was super friendly. It is nearby Krka national park and the host will give you all the information you need. It is also a great location nearby Sibenik, a small but super cute and lovely town where there are a lot of restaurants and bars. The host will give you some good addresses. We were super happy while staying here. Would definitely recommend this.

Everything was great, large and clean swimming pool with wonderful terrace and super host. We will come back for sure!

Friendly host.

Rather pretentious, it looks better on the photos. Small room with no view. Was expensive in comparison to what we expected. Some shade at the swimming pool would be welcome.
