Not only does this kitchen provide easy serving and extra seating, but it also gives a refreshing glimpse of the balcony's ocean view. Directly behind the barstool-lined breakfast bar sits the glass top dining room table with its six cushioned chairs. Take advantage of the precious time you have together as a family and arrange a sit-down dinner where you can enjoy each other's company and the stunning oceanfront view beyond. With a faux bamboo tree in the corner and island-style furnishings throughout, your own personal Havana awaits you in the adjoining living room. You'll find the nearby primary bathroom to accommodate with a walk-in shower, white stand-alone vanity, and light, soft bath towels. With two twin beds, island vibes, and their own flat-screen TV, you won't hear the usual nighttime complaints when bedtime rolls around! The guest bathroom provides a standard tub with shower, beachy décor, and plush bath towels for your use. The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a washer/dryer, wireless internet and cable TV. Close location to elevator for easy access. Please note that the complex stairs are damaged due to Hurricane Ian. Guests can use the public beach access 150 feet south of the complex. For your shopping convenience, Publix grocery store is just 2.4 miles south on South Atlantic Avenue. Hacienda del Sol is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. Imagine spending your days beachcombing, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, flats fishing, sailing, golfing, or biking along the beach. The Indian River Intracoastal Waterway is just a few miles away and offers scuba diving excursions, boat rentals, and even daytime cruises! Just south of New Smyrna, the 21.5 mile long, 3.5 mile wide Mosquito Lagoon is one of the Southeast's most abundant fishing areas where redfish, flounder, black grouper, and speckled trout abound.
