(all rates have been discounted and published) This is the perfect vacation rental for your family: affordable and very nice with lots of extras. The home is located just 800' from the beach down a paved path (not a road)! We are also conveniently located just a short walk from many restaurants and shops. Very, very safe for families, with the nice new path to the ocean and the great fenced in back yard with a swing set & slide, plenty of space to run around, a volleyball court, horseshoes and grills. The large pool is placed within a huge pool deck with a hot tub and plenty of gathering space, a lighted basketball area is perfect for active vacationers, and lots of deck space can be found around the home to enjoy the beautiful Outer Banks weather. Pool Heat is included with your stay from 3/23/24-6/1/24 and 8/31/24-10/12/24. Available during other weeks for an additional $250 pool heat fee. The pool heat will only work if the air temp is 60 degrees and is only capable of heating the pool to 10 degrees above the ambient air temperature. Top Level: Cathedral ceilings set off this very spacious great room w/ 47" flat screen TV w/ sound bar, Blue Ray, gas fireplace, dining table, separate breakfast nook, huge kitchen with a long island and plenty of bar stools to provide a great spot to be a part of all the action. There are some ocean views and a wrap around deck with picnic table. A Queen bedroom with a flat screen TV/DVD completes this floor with a semi-private bath, TV, and deck access. Mid Level: Reading area w/ 2 chairs, wrap around deck w/ covered portion & picnic table, Queen bedroom w/ Flat Screen TV/DVD shares a bath w/ a bedroom w/ 2 single beds. Queen MBR w/ flat screen TV/DVD & deck access. Ground Floor: Rec. Room w/ flat screen TV, pool table, wet bar (full size refrigerator), separate sitting area w/ flat screen TV/DVD, and a covered area with picnic table King MBR w/ flat screen TV/DVD, bedroom w/ 1 bunk bed & 1 duo bunk, full hall bath, laundry room. Outside: Lighted basketball area, private pool (12x24), private hot tub (6), fenced in back yard w/ volleyball, horseshoes, 1 gas grill Extras: Private heated pool (12x24), Can be heated for $250, 2023 Pool Dates 4/1/23 - 10/27/23, 2024 Pool Dates 3/23/24-10/26/24 hot tub (6), Highspeed wireless Internet, gas fireplace, 2 microwaves, lighted basketball area, volleyball, 7 flat screen TVs, 6 DVD players, 1 VCR, 1 Stereo w/ surround sound, games, books. Bed Linens are provided w/ beds made on arrival; Bath Towels may be rented for $7 per set. Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

House was clean and everything was functional. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was really nice having a cozy and private feeling. The top floor common area was great and wide open with a number of different spaces for people to do their own thing but still feel part of the group which was important as we sat out a tropical storm one of the days!

The property was clean and comfortable for our family of 13. It was as advertised. It is a rather far walk to the beach but not a surprise. The pool was well used as was the grill which should be replaced before long. We were very satisfied with this rental.

The good: The house is large, the pool is heated, it’s in close proximity to the beach and grocery stores, and the rental agency was responsive. The bad: This house was built in 1995 and hasn’t been touched since. It’s a rundown rental and in desperate need of TLC. The exterior is moldy, the decks are old and in desperate need of paint, the pool / pool deck are worn out, and there is general bits of damage everywhere. But what really surprised me were the fees for not cleaning the house. Every rental has check out procedures, but this one came with fees for not taking the trash out ($50), not emptying the dishwasher ($20), and not stripping the beds ($20). Requiring your tenants to be the maids is bad business. Cleaning fees should be part of the rental cost, not the responsibility of the renters. If you’re a frat looking for a cheap house to trash on a graduation party, this is it. If you’re a family looking for a nice vacation home, shop around.

Overall, this was a great house with a lot of features. Honestly, only thing this house needs to be a 6 star place for us was new mattresses.

We loved the house, it was bright and very spacious, and our group of 9 were not on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and it was thoroughly enjoyable been able to cook breakfast for everyone. Even though the weather was lousy the whole week and we didn’t get any beach time, we took full advantage of the jacuzzi and pool table and bord games.

Two Oaks was as advertised and perfect for our family. The many decks, pool, hot tub and spacious yard made our stay special. The proximity of the beach via a paved path was a plus! Very convenient to stores, restaurants and shopping too!

Was an awesome experience . Was a great location and house was just like the photos if not better. Enough room for all and the pool and volleyball court got a lot of workout when not at the ocean. The location of shopping was just minutes away as well. Thank you so much for a great experience

The house was comfortable for our family. The walk to the beach with very small children and all their “stuff” was a bit of a challenge so we greatly appreciated the beach wheelbarrow. We loved the pool but the bottom was worn and needs resurfaced. Overall great property.

Leslie is meticulous about cleanliness and neatness. The air conditioning was just right and made our stay very comfortable. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, play area, and sand in the volleyball court. A beach cart helped with carting everything to the beach. Highchair, booster seats, gates, and pack n plays were readily available. All in all, it was the perfect place we have been looking for for several years, but beware of the long lines getting on and off the outer banks.

This was a very nice rental home. It was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the fact that each room had either their own bathroom or direct access to one. The pool was nice and had many toys/floats for use. The kitchen was very roomy. There were 2 sets of dining tables which is perfect for big groups. The beach access was a short walk away, although when you're carrying lots of stuff, it might feel longer. Overall, this was a very nice home for our group.

This was our first time renting a house at the beach and visiting the Outer Banks. The house had everything we needed... a ton of inside toys, games, pool toys, pack n play, high chair, kitchen essentials. I would stay at this property again and would recommend it to others. We stayed during a tropical storm and Leslie checked on us to make sure everything at the house was ok after the storm.
