Aloha and welcome to our home on the Big Island of Hawaii! The island style Fairway Villas in the Waikoloa Beach Resort is the perfect location from which to explore the breathtaking Big Island. Situated just 15 minutes north of the Kona Airport and directly across from the world famous A-Bay, Kings’ Shops, and Queens Marketplace where you will find incredible beaches, shopping, dining, and Starbucks. This is a two bedroom plus sleeping loft, two bath villa located on the top floor of a three-floor landscaped complex with stairs and elevator for your use. Waikoloa boasts two championship Robert Trent Jones golf courses, and the lanai features sweeping views of the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Golf Course and Mauna Kea mountains in the distance. Our villa features new designer furniture, appliances, linens and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. From the moment you enter the door you'll be captivated by a view from the balcony lanai of palm trees swaying on the lusciously green fairway of the Waikoloa Beach course. The kitchen includes granite slab countertop and cherry wood cabinets. Seating for 6 dining table and bar stools provide ample seating for meals and the living room features a comfortable couch, loveseat, plus 40' flat screen HDTV with Blu-Ray DVD and WiFi capability to stream in Net Flicks, and many other entertainment options. Beyond the living room is the balcony lanai overlooking the fairway with table and chairs for sharing a sunrise breakfast or enjoying a tropical drink before dinner. Both the master and guest bedroom feature California King beds, and 32' HDTV's with cable. The loft includes two twin beds, and reading nook. All three rooms include iHome music players. The master suite adjoins a spacious bathroom with two separate sinks, oval soaking tub and walk-in glass shower, seperate walk-in closet and commode room allowing for plenty of roominess. You can also bring your laptop with you as secure, wireless high speed internet is available for your use. You are sure to feel the 'aloha' spirit at Fairway Villas! Be sure to take time to relax and lounge or swim in the infinity edge pool and the hot tub surrounded by lava rock which are central in the Fairway Villas complex.Overlooking the pool are lovely views of the golf fairway, the Kings’ lake and the Kings’ Shops. Next to the pool are multiple gas BBQs, and an open air fitness room. If you have never visited the Big Island, you are in for a treat. Here you will find a myriad of activities to fill your days. Only a 5 minute walk and you arrive at Anaeho’omalu ('A'-bay), the beautiful beach beyond the Marriott Resort where you can sunbathe, snorkel or learn to surf. More world class beaches, salt ponds and petroglyphs can be found a very short 10 minute drive from the villas at the Mauna Lanai and Hapuna Beach resorts. The Kings’ Shops provides unparalleled shopping including souvenirs, clothing, Louis Vuitton & Coach stores, fine art and glasswork, jewelry, casual and fine dining (Roy‘s and Merriman‘s Cafe), and entertainment in the center pavilion. Just beyond the Kings’ Shops you will find even more shopping at the Queens' Marketplace, the Marriott Resort and the Hilton Waikoloa which offer world class dining, shopping, tram and boat rides, dolphins and more! Waikoloa's paved streets are lined with Palm trees and sidewalks, making for perfect conditions for running, walking, and biking. Families are welcome, though this is a 'no-smoking' and 'no pets' villa. One reserved parking spot is yours and more open parking is available too. Everything was amazing! Villa was spacious & clean, also well stocked kitchen! Appreciated all the basics like garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry tabs, toilet paper & paper towel, some spices etc. that were supplied. The manager willingly put some groceries in the villa for us as we arrived late in the evening. Approx 15-20min driving distance to some of the best beaches on the island, in our opinion:) A-Bay beach nearby had a few incredible sunsets! We loved walking to the King & Queen shops. We also enjoyed the beautiful warm salt water infinity pool & hot tub, which is a 2 min walk away. Having our coffee every morning on the lanai was a treat with the gorgeous view of the fairway golf course! That’s a few of our highlights! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful condo: clean, spacious, well appointed overlooking the golf course. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, pool The place was a dream come true. Having said that there were a couple of things that would have made our stay even better. 1. The shower-head in master didn't measure up the the superior quality of the apartment. 2. The toilets were short (kinda squattie). One a little taller would have be much appreciated by this old guy (only old guys will understand). Other wise it was a fantastic place and would love to stay there again. Thank you.

Lovely property. Very nice condo. Quiet and welcoming. Comfortable and great space. Able to walk to stores and restaurants easily without feeling like they were too close.
Small issues- refrigerator leaked and does not stay very cold. Food was spoiling quickly. Also toilets did not flush well. Had to be VERY careful about that which was gross.

Property was sufficient for my needs. I didn't use the pool, bbq, hot tub or gym. I found the lighting at night to be virtually non existent. I was very uncomfortable going outside my room at night because it was so darn dark - pitch black. There was some outside lighting throughout the resort but it was very dim and barely noticeable.
I stayed for 17 days and was on my own for 12 of those days. I had 2 of my daughters join me for 6 days.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful condo. It had to be the most well stocked condo I have ever stayed in (and we typically stay in one or two per year). It was far enough removed from the town of Kona but still offered enough local amenities to not feel isolated. This location worked well for us to travel to all sides of the island and then return to a welcoming home base. The beds were so comfortable…dare I say more than mine at home!!! We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked several meals to help our budget go a little further 😊. We enjoyed sitting out in the balcony in the mornings. The view was beautiful and so peaceful. It is an easy walk or drive to A’bay and we enjoyed the beach chairs provided in the condo.

This was the perfect stay for our family as we were in town for a cousin’s wedding. Other family stayed in other condos and it was so great to be nearby everyone. The pool is great!

This condo is located in a great spot on the island! The complex is clean and nice pool! The condo is well stocked for families! Had beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, sand toys! The elevator was great for us to bring our wagon loads up and down each day! Many amenities close by within walking distance and many more stores (Costco, Walmart, Target, Macy’s, etc) and beaches within 30 min. We had a great stay as a family of 5!

We stayed in this condo in early March 2023. We enjoyed our stay. There were lots of beach toys, such as chairs, boggie boards and umbrellas to be had, although due to high winds there were few beach days. Check in was a breeze. When we alerted the management that the coffee maker didn't work, there was a new one delivered to us the next day! All in all we had a great time.

Great rental. The WiFi router went out and the owner approved a better one installed by the property manager. The grounds are beautiful. 3rd floor but right next to the elevator.
Had towels for the beach, coolers, 4 beach chairs, 4 camping chairs, 4 boogie boards. Lots of kids snorkeling.
Nice big TV. Pool was really nice. "It's the Only one that is heated in the area".
Close enough to walk to A-Bay, kings shops, & Queen's shops.
Even when it rained we enjoyed reading or playing games on the Lani (patio)
Owner very responsive. I hope it is available in a few years when we come back to the Big Island!

Property is well located about 20 minutes north of the Kona airport. Communication and directions were all very good with successful access to property. Condo is well stocked, i.e. spices, kitchen/bath supplies. Only issue we had was difficult patio sliding door and manager was notified. Property is on golf course with pleasant views, close to many restaurants and shopping. Beach is about half mile away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was close to shops, beaches and restaurants. The infinity pool was a favourite of ours and a two minute walk away. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

This is the best property we have ever stay at. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable, peaceful, conveniently located, with all of the amenities you would want and need.
It’s modern and updated. The beds, linen and pillows were superb. The towels were soft and fluffy. Everything worked. The washing machine and dryer cleaned our clothes well and we felt like the owners really cares about the quality time visitors get at this home. Our stay at this property made our stay in Hawaii, like paradise. The pictures are beautiful, but the experience is fanominal. The view is heavenly .

This property made our stay on the Big Island enjoyable. Being able to cook breakfast helped us start our day right to have us enjoy what the day may bring. The place was clean with plenty of fans to try n keep the place cool. Having high speed WiFi was great. Only few things was missing, such as a soap dish in the bathroom but liquid hand soap was provided. If you plan of going to Hilo or the east side of the island l, from this property it will be almost a 2-3 hour drive each way. Overall this would be the first place I would check if I ever come back to the Big Island.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable home. Ac worked great. Never ran out of hot water. We enjoyed meals out on the deck. Really enjoyed the view. We had no problems or issues. Would definitely stay here again.

This property had all the amenities, kitchen equipment, and beach equipment, to include a rolling cooler plus swim, snorkel and boogie boards, beach chairs for four!
Will recommend for sure! Other family members’ condos were not as equipped.
Property managers were so responsive and helpful and friendly!

We had a family of 5. Plenty of room in this upstairs beautiful condo which is stocked with everything you might need. Beautiful golf course and Mountain View’s. Markets and restaurants right across the street. Would love to visit this condo again some day. Hosts were so nice.

Looked like it had not been dusted in quite some time, there was sand all around the soaking tub drain ( although when trying to clean up it was hard to clean due to the type of drain in the tub) in one rm there was a pair of shorts stuck to the floor under the bed ( stuck like they had been there for awhile), the hardest one to swallow was the unused open condom found under the the edge of the coffee table. The manager was next to impossible to reach. There was a cell # provided but requested to only call if there was an emergency. When the elevator was reported not working they were quick to fix it but never returned the call to let us know they were on it. I would not discount this place if we come back to the island. It is great walking distance to shops and fun to watch the golfers.

This is the first time we have stayed in the Waikoloa complex and really enjoyed this unit. Was nice to be on the top floor with no one above, great sunset views from the balcony the few times we were not at the beach, location was walking distance to the stores as well as Lava Lava, overall very convenient. We took a peek at the pool area, looked great but never indulged. The only issues were the beach chairs being quite well worn/torn so might be time to upgrade those + the AC in the main bedroom is really loud when it kicks on, glad I had earplugs or we just turned off and used fan at night. No deal killers for us, just thought I would point out. We would definitely return to this unit, had a great time!

If you love the Waikaloa vibe of Hawaii, this condo is perfect. It has shops and restaurants a short walk away, and a beautiful infinity edge pool a couple minutes away from the unit. All the basic spices are in the cupboards which make cooking much simpler. The beds are very comfortable, and the master bathtub is an ideal place to relax.

This property is about 15 mins North of the airport and 30 mins North of Kona. The community is made up of condos, resorts and high end properties (ie Hilton Waikoloa). Walk to restaurants, shopping or the beach and shoreline all within the development. I thoroughly enjoyed walking to the beach early morning, seeing sea turtles in the wild, grabbing a Starbucks and exploring the area. The condo itself is very up to date, clean and lovely. It came with everything you need including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. 2 bedrooms plus loft space. Family of 5 stayed comfortably. Lanai overlooked golf course and beautiful vistas. Washer abd dryer was handy. Lots of kitchen gear including blender, toaster, coffee maker - really, everything you need for meal making is provided. Small gorgeous pool and hot tub, exercise room, great bbq area all a 2 min walk away from this unit. I liked it so much that I looked into the price of buying a place in the community! I hope I get a chance to visit again!

We rented this property last minute. Dianne replied to us promptly to let us know that we were confirmed. The rest of our correspondence was with the property manager Jane, who was fabulous. Any questions or concerns Jane answered quickly. We ate breakfast out on the lanai every morning and walked around the property as the sun was rising. The beds were comfortable, the living area spacious, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, and they even had beach towels, beach toys and items to borrow for the beach. When coming back to Big Island we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great visit. We only used the master bedroom during our stay. The master bedroom is very private and has nice golf course views. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

The Fairway Villa was outstanding. The unit is in great shape, very clean and professionally decorated in Hawaiian decor. The unit is only a couple minute walk to the nice pool and jacuzzi and a short walk to the Kings and Queens Marketplace.
The only thing I recommend is be sure you get the email check in instructions from HAWAII4me Mgmt Company before you fly to HI. They did not send to me in advance and I waited several hours for the check in info i.e. gate code and room key etc. on arrival.
We will for sure return in the future.

Dianne was very responsive and so was the property manager. The unit is very well decorated, stocked, and clean. It was very spacious for our family of four, the location is great (near the Queen Shops and the King Shops for dining and shopping), and it is close to the swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay in this unit again. Thank You!

Stayed here for 13 days at the end of Sept. The space was clean, well kept, and perfect for our group of 6. I really cannot think of any true negatives other than there was a lot of maintenance being performed at the property during our stay. Communication was great, the place was well stocked with utensils, beach stuff, etc. I would happily come back any time.
