About this house rental
Located in Orleans, this lovely house for R 7,811 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautifully redone Cape Cod house in Orleans. Open floor plan, expansive living room including gas fire place. Open fully stocked kitchen and comfortable dining room. Master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling wrap around windows. Great sun in all rooms of the house. Close to town, beaches, bike trails, great restaurants and less than a mile from public boat access. Big expansive deck with BBQ included perfect for entertaining. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with a large private yard it is perfect for a family getaway. The house is located in an area of Orleans that makes it easy to get everything that the Cape has to offer. It's a short drive to Chatham with it's shops and amazing views. Orleans center is a 5 minute drive from the home. World famous Nauset beach is under 10 minutes by car, and the local bay beaches are a short drive away. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. You may see one car drive by the home a day! It's located close to town landing. It's a beautiful walk down Portanimicut road, one of the best roads in Orleans! The house pricing as you see based on the dates you selected is for a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom layout. That comes with a queen bed, and two twin beds plus one bathroom! This makes it easy for smaller families to benefit and use the home who don't need all the space. If you would like access to the newly renovated master suite upstairs, we charge an extra $700 on top of the VRBO price you see per week! This space includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed, extra living room with couch/futon and seating, and an additional bathroom with soaking tub. We will pro-rate the price for anything less than 7 nights during the off season.

19 Wesquansett is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, a little off the beaten path but close to everything at the same time. Well appointed and met all of our needs. We felt very comfortable and really right at home here. Great restaurants in the area and you can’t beat Nauset beach! Would gladly stay again!

Property was clean, comfortable and we loved all the windows. It made the house bright and cheery. Our cat (Cleo Moon) loved watching all the critters outside. We loved sitting out on the deck enjoying our morning cup of coffee. The location was perfect. Whether heading to PTown, Wellfleet or Dennis, the travel time was about the same. We had an enjoyable stay in this Orleans property. Exactly as advertised. Very quiet, clean, open, airy, and comfortable. The info binder was very helpful. The wine, coffee, lemon loaf, and half/half were much appreciated. Gas fireplace great for chilly mornings. Close to Nauset/ Skaket beaches and restaurants.

We had such a great time during our Cape Cod getaway. The house is so inviting and comfortable that we were in "relax mode" upon walking inside. We loved having coffee on the deck and taking the chill off as we relaxed in front of the fireplace in the evening. It is the perfect location- close to beaches, hikes, bike trails, villages, and great restaurants. Our host was very quick to reply to any questions. We look forward to returning!

We have stayed here many times over the years. Because it is pet friendly was the main reason we booked, but we no longer have our pup and still love coming every year. Location is great and enjoy Orleans very much. Easy travel to either Chatham or Eastham is an added bonus

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Usually I find rentals to be smaller in person than in the photos but in this case it was the opposite. The space is much larger than we expected and was perfect for me and my adult daughters to have a relaxing week on the Cape. I had the upstairs area which allow me space while my daughters were able to socialize downstairs with a couple of friends who were also vacationing on the Cape. The house was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated and the deck was perfect for lazy mornings with coffee before heading out to walk to the town landing, drive to the national seashore, or P'town. Note that there is not beach access within walking distance but we didn't have any problems getting to the public beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

This property offers everything we look for in a rental, and it is pet-friendly! We had the most amazing week here. Tons to do, great restaurants all around, no traffic issues. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated, set in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that we walked daily with our dog. Orleans is our favorite destination on the Cape as it is central to everything. We hope to return next year!

My sister flew in to Boston to surprise our Mother for her Mother’s Day and birthday. We needed accommodations that allowed pets and wanted a fireplace for the cool cape May evenings. This 2 part rental is very spacious and nicely decorated. I confess to walking around upstairs to see the additional available space. The second floor is fantastic. Each room could appear in a decor magazine. I hope to visit again and rent the entire house. If you are looking for a quiet stay, this is your place! We had short rides to Nauset beach, Chatham and Wellfleet. A day in Provincetown was not a long trip either. May is the last month that dogs are still welcome but bring a comb to pull ticks!

The home was lovely- great location with an easy walk to the water. It was very sunny and clean throughout, and had a nice gas fireplace which was great for those hours when it got chilly. It was nicely and comfortably furnished and we enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion/comment was that the kitchen was a bit outdated and probably not equipped for much cooking while staying there but we ate out for most meals so it wasn't really a problem. Also, the code provided in our "welcome email" to open the lock box to enter the house was incorrect and we couldn't reach the host for over an hour- a bit frustrating after a long drive to have to sit outside and wait. Other than these two suggestions, we really enjoyed staying here!

The house was perfect for a getaway to the Cape! When we arrived there was coffee, wine and a lemon cake waiting for us, along with a detailed and helpful binder about the property. The location is close to Chatham and only a hop, skip, and jump from other favorite destinations like Marconi Beach and Wellfleet.

The property and house was private, no traffic but convenient to our friends in Orleans & Chatham. My dogs felt at home and there was so much room for them. Loved the gas fireplace. Our only minor comment is the bed pillows were old and need to be replaced with new. Did not need to communicate with PM.

My family and I wanted a place to relax and spend time together after Christmas. This rental was the perfect spot. Beautiful, spacious, lots of natural lighting. The location was close to great restaurants, shopping and sights. We went bowling, tubing, binge watched movies and had a fun time. Highly recommend this spot for any time of the year!!!

We were pleasantly suprised by the spaciousness of the house when we arrived. The house is bright, beautiful, and in the perfect location to go everywhere on the cape. The host left bread, coffee, creamer, and wine, which was greatly appreciated.
We did not rent the upstairs, but it was unlocked so we peeked... WOW! it is gorgeous and huge up there if you are considering renting. Also being able to bring our dog was amazing. This place was perfect!
