Nestled in North Myrtle Beach, this lovely house for R 9,972 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Banzai Pipeline @ The Catalina Manor in North Myrtle beach SC! Our surf themed property welcomes y'all to "Just Coast" in North Myrtle Beach! Centrally located "just" across the street from the Atlantic coast, "just" a block away from Ocean Drive & "just" 1.5 miles from Cherry Grove pier will have y'all did we not "just" stay there!?!? We do rent to student groups. PRICING LISTED IS FOR FAMILIES ONLY. If you are a student group (not a family), send an inquiry so we can match you with the proper unit to sleep your group and work with you on pricing. We will be happy to discuss the reasons why student group pricing is different than family pricing. Banzai Pipeline sleeps up to 22 people in 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms on 3 floors, 1 full kitchen, 2 additional kitchens with full size appliances and cook top (no oven), washer& dryer, free wifi, 1 smart television on main floor in living room for you to use your accounts to stream television, private billards room, shared out door grilling area & shared pool on property. Why would you want to pack the car up each day for the beach, drive a few blocks from your vacation home, look for an empty spot at beach access & pay to park?? Avoid the hassle and "Just" stay with us where you can park your cars for free & WALK across the street to the ocean or to Ocean Drive! There are 8 three story units in the building. The unit entrances are along an interior hallway on the second level. There is a main staircase up to this Hallway. (No elevators) Everyone asks why we do we not provide linens? The answer is simple we would rather offer YOU our valued customers lower rates to allow you and your loved ones more fun money :) Instead of adding random admin fees and laundry we "just" pass the savings right on to you! We are more than happy to rent them to you $25 a bed. Please let me know 30 days prior to check in if you would like to do so. After booking a signed rental agreement and pic of ID are required to be emailed to us within 7 days of booking. Once received I will email all the important info and your unique key pad door code. This code will be emailed to you after you book along with all the helpful info. Property owners require the image of rental agreement & ID to be sent back within 7 days of booking. I will send it to you as a pdf right after booking :) We utilize an electronic key pad so you will go straight to your unit. Be sure to click thru the images to get a n idea of where your unit is located. Check in is 4PM Check out is 11AM. Please do not attempt to enter your rental until 4PM or later to avoid a charge of $200 if the code was used we get a text saying your unique code was used. All of the properties are professionally sanitized and need time to dry. Groups consisting of primary booker under the age of 21, will be required to email a parent signed responsibility form and pic of parents ID. Accidental Damage insurance is required $59 and $300 cleaning fee which are already included in your inquiry price :) cleaning fee includes washing the bedding/spreads/mattress covers/pillow covers, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms and counting kitchen inventory/making sure it’s clean, and putting away clean dishes from the dishwasher. Here is "just" a little more additional info based off of recent reviews we have received: The property and each unit is Professionally sprayed once a month by an exterminator, you will see palmettos because they come in on people, beach chairs, towels and anything/anyone who has come from outside. The answer to “why am I seeing these pests” is they reside in palm trees and find their way into the building by riding in on people and beach stuff. I call them our unofficial mascot of our beach town ;) Maintenance Dept. is available from 10AM-5PM and I will provide you their number with a list of Emergency after hour vs non Emergency scenarios. Quiet hours at Catalina (pool closes at 10 p.m.) noise in building should not be heard outside of your unit after 11 p.m. Please shower or hose off you and your crew after leaving the beach and before jumping in the pool. We do have it cleaned everyday (we do this around day break to avoid you having to see it) :) Showering off and getting all the sand off your suits helps a lot more than you think :) We do have our thermostats set and locked. However if you are too cold or too hot you can text maintenance :) between 10AM-5PM to have them come look at it. We ask to keep all windows and doors closed because if left open the HVAC shuts off all together. I will keep adding useful bits of info as I get them to pass on to you our potential guest. The location was perfect. It was great being able to cross the street & go to the beach. We had plenty of space for everyone in our group. We had a lot of teenage kids with us & not having tvs in the bedrooms was a no go for them. We did have many issues with the family room's tv & wifi connection. During our 3 nights there, that tv only played probably 3 hours one morning. I did get quick responses when property manager & maintenance were notified, but there was nothing they could do. This caused us to find other ways to entertain ourselves. If it wasn't for those issues, we would most definitely consider booking at this location again.

We rented this property for 4 nights and had to call the maintenance guy a good bit. There was a problem with the dryer, lights in the hallway, and also a huge water problem. There was a bad storm and the amount of water that came in the balcony doors was crazy. The maintenance guy fixed the problem by using a wet/dry vac and leaving towels down in front of the doors for the rest of the time we were there. He came out very quickly to take care of the problems.

For the price we paid I think that the quarters were unsatisfactory. The carpet was filthy throughout the place and some of the appliances (dryer, jets in the bathtub and stove top ) did not work.

Close to the beach, only a block to walk to. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen had plenty of usable equipment. The fridge was new and worked well, all three of them. We had the most amazing time with our family and will come back as soon as we can fit it in our schedule! This place was the perfect set up for the amount and variety of people we had with us in our party. Three floors, one big first floor room that had a pool table, and two round tables, along with a suitable amount of chairs. We cooked in the main kitchen most of the time, but used the other kitchens for smaller cooking needs. The options for grocery, and restaurants was perfect for any needs we needed to make a run for during our stay. Kroger, Walmart, and a convenience store were very close. Melt Ice Cream, best place around, was within walking distance too! There was plenty of things to do within a short driving distance as well, we were close to Broadway on the. Beach, which gave us a few extra experiences to explore. We will be heading back to the area for another eventful vacation!

The stairs leading up to the units needs to be covered. If its raining your stuff gets wet carrying it to the room. The property needs a bigger pool too. If all 8 units were rented at the same time. There is no way everyone could enjoy the pool. Would stay again. Very recommended for groups or family gathering.

We stayed in Banzai Pipeline. We had ample amount of space for 15 people. The house was fully stocked with houseware items, which was awesome! The beach was a 2-3 minute walk! We did have some minor issues upon arrival. The jetted tub was not working and there was a coffee pot that had coffee and mold in it. I cleaned the pot out, quick fix and maintenance fixed the tub. I would suggest the master bedroom get a new bed. The bed it currently has is God awful. It's squeaky and not one bit comfortable and we spent a week here. Also, tvs should be in every bedroom. We had an array of ages and kids who game. Sharing 3 tvs between everyone was a bit difficult. Bring a fan because it was hot in some of the bedrooms. Maintenance did bring us 2 small fans but she stated that the temp of 70 degrees was a low as she could set the thermostat. Other than that we would vacation here again if those suggestions were accommodated.
