The property was great. It was the perfect size for our large family! The club house was a big hit with our little ones, and everyone had a great time! The communication between myself and the owners was timely and informative! We would definitely come back again! Thanks for everything!

Overall the accommodations were great. Issue with pool heat the 1st 4 days, could not use ceiling fans in 3 of the 8 rooms that had them and not nearly enough cookware for a house that sleeps 20+ people. Owner was quick to respond and attempt to get the pool heat fixed. Never heard an answer about the ceiling fans which made sleeping in those rooms a little warm.

The property is as listed. Our family of 4 families of 5 plus 1 toddler felt right at home in this vacation rental. Everyone had a bed which was perfect and Emily the host was very attentive to our needs when ever we messaged. Only one minor detail is left out of the description and that is you must first go to the main gate on the opposite side of westside dr to get your barcode pass to open the gate. You will need that barcode to get into the community. GO TO THE GATE ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE FIRST. Other than that, I'd suggest putting the trash out in the morning if you have more bags than what will fit in the trash bench because the wildlife will have you cleaning trash up off the front if you put it out at night.

We have stayed at other properties in Champions Gate previously but this was our first time at this property.
Pro’s
- [ ] House is large with plenty of space.
- [ ] Never felt crammed with 20 guests.
- [ ] Each family had own space and bathroom.
- [ ] Pool/hot tub amenity on site is great.
- [ ] Security and check in was simple.
- [ ] Large living space and dining area.
- [ ] Bedroom sizes were great and met our needs.
- [ ] Extra parking spots directly across the street.
Con’s:
- [ ] Everything in the game room was broken so kids were unable to utilize. Management offered to come fix but our schedule was hectic.
- [ ] The pictures do not show all the wear and tear to the property. We were not prepared for this; the property needs some TLC(carpet stains, carpet wear, paint, baseboards, blinds) no deal breakers just minor maintenance.
- [ ] 1 towel per person in the house so we bought some extras at Walmart.
- [ ] Wi-Fi is spotty.
- [ ] The Monsters Inc and Princess room are listed as 2 doubles on VRBO but they are actually 1 twin and 1 double
- [ ] No trash cans in upstairs bathrooms.
There were no trash bags at the house on arrival so we stopped by Walmart to buy basic necessities like trash bags, dish soap, sponges to wash dishes, etc.
Overall the home met our needs for the week and our vacation was enjoyable!

Overall, very nice for price. It needs some things fixed, there were not many towels - only 3 sets, no coffee maker- we purchased without any reimbursement. Contact with owners was very good, response within an hour, the checkin process was good but cleaning /maintenance people there when we arrived and no explanation about the gate, getting thru gate was annoying as the security could only provide a card for limited time so we kept having to get another one. We would ultimately stay again, but recommend ensuring enough towels.

It had a lot of space and everything we needed as parents (crib, high chair, pack n play, etc.). It’s close to all of the major them parks (15-40 min drive, depending on traffic). I highly recommend this to anyone looking for their own magical experience. Thanks!

Our time at Championsgate had its ups and downs. There was plenty of space at the house, but we had noticed quite a few things that should have been cleaned or fixed. None of these were “deal breakers” and the management company offered to fix while we were there. However, with our competition schedule and vacation plans, we opted to take pics so we wouldn’t be charged for the state of the property. Management did come right away with a new blender which had been broken, and helped get the hot tub heater to work again. Although the place wasn’t perfect, we all still enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent week in the middle of winter. Heated pool was a hit with the grandkids after days at the parks.

Some of the positives of the home were that it was truly meant to accommodate a big family. The sofas were arranged for a crowd! We loved that we could all fourteen sit together at the dinner table. On top of that there were six additional bar stools nearby. The pool area was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed our visits to the Champions Gate resort and pool area. There were plenty of beds and bedroom options. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware. The layout of the house was good.
The wifi was a little off and on. We had trouble with cell service, too, so it might just be the location. We did reset the router at least once a day. There were several remotes missing with hook ups to ceiling fans, so they could not be ran while the light was off. The ice maker did not work, but they did send someone out to look at it. The non-functional ice maker had been reported in other reviews. The GFI outlets in the bathroom needed to be reset in the fuse box everyday. The remote for the theater area was missing and the DVD players could not be used. It is a nice home, but deserves a little more TLC.
The hostess did respond to my requests. Several things were handled immediately, and others were left unresolved.

Based on photos and description in ad, we were expecting an A+ house, but instead we got a B-. Property was dirty inside and out when we arrived and inadequately supplied with kitchen supplies and linens. Property manager did their best to fix situation ASAP, but was a lot of work on our part, which was not a fun start to our vacation. House is nicely decorated, but had a LOT of things broken, missing, or dirty (carpet), which makes it not as nice of a stay. Although was built in 2018, house shows a LOT of wear and tear. House is spacious and has nice layout. Kitchen is not well stocked, so don’t plan to cook or eat much at the house unless you are bringing/ buying everything you need, including utensils. Game room was a big selling point for our large family, but very disappointed to find all the games were broken. Oasis club nearby was very nice, but very expensive. Disney and parks are 30+ minute drive away. Property manager replies quickly, but only through email/vrbo. Champions gate is nice, but neighboring houses are inches away from the house, so you are taking a chance on how quiet they will be. Not a lot of parking, so don’t plan to bring a lot of cars. I would not stay in this house again, not recommend it to anyone unless they invest some time and money into repairing all the damages and making it better for children.

Very nice, spacious home with plenty of room for all! The pool was amazing. The carpet could use a deep clean. We did not use the public facilities at the resort, as you were not able to bring food and drinks in. Purchasing them from the bar was pretty spendy. Overall, very nice property and communication with owner was exceptional!

The house was exactly as advertised. We had it full with 22 people. Every family had their own space and the kids had their own rooms. The keypad entry worked great so everyone could come and go as they pleased.
Keep in mind this house is rented to anyone so there were minor things that need fixed but nothing out of the normal wear and tear. Things I would like to see fixed for future guests is the glass covering the kitchen table. It is cracked and chipped and I fear someone getting hurt. In one of the bathrooms the towel bar needs fixed. Master bedroom with larger bathroom needs more padding at doorway or a transition strip. The tack strips from carpet are sticking through. There is no hand mixer, and could use another set of forks. It needs a working vac

The house has plenty of room for all. There is a really neat game room the kids loved. The pool and hot tub were not properly cleaned upon arrival. We fished a few things out of them that should not have been there. Finally got the pool jets working properly on the third day. The projection screen in the upstairs loft did not work. And there were a couple of bedroom ceiling fans that did not work. We reported those, but no one came to check on them. To be honest, the paint needs touched up all over and the carpeting could be replaced. It is a very nice house overall, and it is too bad previous renters had to be so rough on it.

Super awesome game room! Very large for families! Tv in loft was perfect! For the price I did feel newer carpet as well as dents all in the wall should have been prepared. As well as new paint throughout. Overall it worked for us.

This was a lovely home the pictures are exactly what the house is, everything was beautiful and clean the pool was nice, warm , and clean the only problem we had was when we got there we had to go to 3 different gates to check in which was no problem and that the movie theater tv upstairs work one day then stop but the property manger got informed about that and handle that. Mrs Emily was very nice and helpful at all times . We will be referring and booking again :)
