Check out the awesome beach walkover we put in. Walk out the main level living room, onto the deck, and over the walkover! Relaxation awaits you at this fabulous beachside duplex. Each side of this beach home has 6 bedrooms and 6 baths, including 2 master suites. 2nd Floor North Bedroom, King with ensuite bath 2nd Floor Living Room. QSS 2nd Floor Den/Lounge, QSS 3rd Floor South Bedroom, King with ensuite bath 3rd Floor Middle Bedroom, Queen, with ensuite bath (shared with North BR) 3rd Floor North Bedroom, King, with ensuite bath (shared with Middle BR) 4th Floor South Bedroom, 2 Queens + Twin over Full Bunk with ensuite bath 4th Floor North Bedroom, 2 Queens + Bunk with ensuite bath TWO REFRIGERATORS Two? Per side? Yes two. Because you won't want to stay somewhere without an extra fridge once you have had them. POOL Private to the two sides of the duplex: no sharing with other places nearby. The pool is open all year. It's a big rectangle, 22x16x3-5' Rectangle. Lounge chairs are provided around the pool. WIFI/INTERNET YES! We have an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home!? That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like? It is generally solid and ran > 100Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction! PARKING There is available onsite, offstreet, parking for at least 6 midsize vehicles (per side), more if you stack well. In duplex units, please be neighborly about this. SOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, GRILLS ETC ETC As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have both drip coffee makers and Keurigs as well. PETS We do consider well-behaved canine furry friends at many locations. This requires owner pre-approval, and is subject to a pet fee (currently $250 per pet). Approval in a duplex location, especially for peak weeks, generally is only available for guests renting both sides of the duplex. Please inquire. It could not have been more perfect. Your house was beautiful and perfectly appointed. It accommodated us 3 "older" ladies and the 4 kids, whom I think bed hopped throughout the week. Everybody had their own space which was perfect. The closeness to the shuttle pick up for Hang out for them could not have been more convenient. They would've had to walk otherwise, mom was on vacation too! Loved your recommendation for food, too. It was all delicious!

It was another great stay. We stayed in Wits End. It was a beautiful place. Very spacious. We did Sundancer last year. I think I may have liked it a little better since it has the pool in the sun vs under the house but the shady pool was nice for the kids! The hot water heater was out when we got there for the top floor. I contacted the company through the text number the next morning. They quickly responded and had someone there that day to check it and was replaced on the following day Tuesday. Thank you!

Morning walks on the beach, chasing crabs at night, private pool, covered parking, room for your family and the in-laws (on separate floors, of course), this place has it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wits End East. A short drive to all the popular Gulf Shores attractions, but far enough away from the crowds.

Snowbirds, that us! We stayed here December to the start of March. It was perfect for us, and our neighbors were great too. This is our second year here, and we have stayed in Bama Beach Houses homes many more than that. Always great. Hope to be back next year, health permitting. Thank you!

The house was amazing. We had our family vacation, there was 12 of use, and there was plenty of room. The living areas got a little crowded when we were all in there, but that was expected with the large group. There was more than enough room for sleeping. The walkout to the Beach was so helpful with the smaller children. Everything was wonderful! We can't wait to book next years trip!

We really enjoyed our vacation - weather was great and the house was very accommodating. We stayed at Wits End about ten years ago and the added walk-over to the beach is amazing. The pool is still "cold" (but we enjoyed the privacy of our own space). We actually rented both sides (related parties).

We recently stayed at Wits End East and had a great time! There were 19 of us total and the place was very spacious and clean. The pool kept the littles entertained when we were ready to get out of the sun for a bit. There was a lot of things to do nearby and many places to eat. Our host, Richard, was very prompt and helpful and was able to accomodate our furry friends. One of the absolute best trips we have taken! We will definitely be booking again!

We stayed Thanksgiving Week 2023 at Wit's End East and it was excellent. Steps to the beach and close to Gulf Shores restaurants and shops. Nice big shaded pool on bottom level but fall temperatures kept us out. It'd be great in summer. Communication and instructions were great. We loved it.

The boardwalk directly from the house over the sand dunes to the beach was a huge highlight. The beautiful view from the house of the beach and being able to see friends/family playing and sitting on the beach was advantageous. Spending time with friends/family was wonderful! & being able to get out of the sun and still enjoy the water with the pool under the house was great.

The house is as beautiful as the pictures show on the ad, well kept, plenty of room for 14 of us to enjoy a week of vacation. Accommodations were great, with all the amenities, kitchen supplied with everything needed to prepare meals for fourteen people. Beautiful view of the ocean sitting out on the patios, nice deck walk way to the beach. Close by eateries, and shops. Highly recommended as a home away from home. .

No issues checking in, house was clean, loved the boardwalk it was a life saver for me. Enough room for all 15 of us, adults had their own bedroom, two bedrooms shared a bathroom and the kids had their own rooms on the top floor. Remember if you rent this house you are going to climb stairs - three stories we just put the kids on the third floor. Had two big balconies with great views and beach access. Location was also great . Also, with this house you are renting one side be aware you are going to have neighbors. There are two grills there but very little room to grill.

We again had a very nice time in Gulf Shores. We love the beach walkover and just being able to get to the beach for a while was so nice. The owner is very accommodating and responsive. Did not need the management company for anything. The house was clean and everything was in good shape when we arrived.. I would suggest checking the trash pullout cabinet in the kitchen—it was hard to open sometimes. Loved the big washer and dryer. A great trip. Too short. Looking forward to a return soon!

This property is in need of updating. The house was not properly cleaned. We ended up doing the cleaning and sanitizing ourselves. We sent several pictures and text messages to the property manager detailing the uncleanliness. Caulking around kitchen sink is black with mold. Carpets in bedrooms are worn and nasty. Coffee Maker, blender, and toaster need to be replaced. Most surfaces, counters, tables, rails, doors were sticky and unclean. Sand on bunk beds. Interior needs a fresh coat of paint. Furniture needs updating.

This house was a great space for a family to gather, plenty of sleeping space and areas to 'escape' if needed. The beach walkover is a great addition to the property as is the pool!

Beautiful property and timely responses to any incidental needs (burned out lightbulbs and slow tub drainage). Well stocked/supplied for kitchen items, linens, and blankets. Overall the property was clean, but the yard and white doors/trim could have used a good cleaning. We would definitely return to this location over other places we have stayed in Gulf Shores!

Upon arrival, we came into a house that was dirty! Blood stains on the stairs, look like soda all over the walls glass on the balcony on 2nd floor! Blood on pillows, beer cans and beer bottles found in the drawers of the table in front room. The refrigerator look like someone took a bat to it. The house was horrible! The welcome mats were dirty and look of mildew !!! The only good thing about the house was it was directly on the beach. We later find out that some college freshman from Texas had totally damaged the house 2 days before we arrived. After talking with the company and telling them my concerns they said someone would reach back out to me but no one ever did.

This place is ok. Got to share it with college kids from La. who got the cops called for being loud. We went and purchased new umbrella's and chairs and left them out in front of the condo overnight but they got picked up by dawn by Gulf Shores beach patrol so we lost all of them on day 1. We wouldn't have done it if we knew. They said there is an ordinance that must be displayed in multiple locations but wasn't. The people at Meyer said it must have been in some email that I overlooked. NOPE I looked when I got home.

Very clean, roomy and easy access to beach. Pool was cold due to being in shade all the time. Refrig went out but was replaced same day. Beds were comfortable . We had a great stay!

I would not recommend this property to anyone concerned about COVID 19 or looking for a clean place to lay your head. My family found the condo to be very dirty. Food on the counter and dirt on the floor was a sure sign that sanitization was not done as advertised, and there were flies everywhere! We decided to book a room at the Hilton down the street. Very disappointed in this property and the owner's lack of response to our complaint.
