Enjoy amazing waterway views from this waterfront home with a heated pool! Walk to beach, restaurants and shops from this ideal Lauderdale-by-the-Sea location. This home has an open floor plan with glass doors which provide lots of natural light and the perfect water view from the living room & master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is designed with plenty of granite countertop space. Pool heater fee of $25 per day. *Contact host for specials! Rent our golf cart for easy beach, grocery store, shops and restaurant access. ~ FAQ's!!! How far is the beach? 5-10 minute walk. Do you have beach chairs and beach towels? Yes. Beach chairs can be found in the garage or the side of the house. Beach towels will be found linen closet. We have a beach wagon filled with all beach essentials in the garage, already ready for you! Do you need parking permit for the beach? No. The beach is a quick walk from the house. Or we have a street legal golf cart you can rent per day to ride to the beach. There are usually plenty of parking spots available. Is the pool heated? Yes. It is set at 80* and will be heated for an additional cost. Do you have pool towels and lounge chairs? Yes. We have pool towels in the linen closet, and lounge chairs are outside by the pool. Do you have a BBQ? Yes with all the essentials, we have an extra propane tank on the side of the house as well. Do we need to bring extra linens or towels? No, the house has all the essentials and all extras can be found inside the linen closets. Does the kitchen have all the essentials? Yes. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including paper towels, dish soap and basic condiments and spices. Please replenish after use. Does the bathroom have all the essentials? Yes. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Street Legal Golf Cart Rental: Rent directly through us request upon arrival or prior to stay to reserve, for guests only. 4 seat $100/day 6 seat $120/day 2018 68' Galeon Yacht Charter: Need at least 1/2 days notice to reserve. 4 or 6 hr tour on intracoastal, captain and steward included. $800/hr but discounted price of $650/hr for guests. ~ PLEASE READ all the rules before booking. Rules strictly enforced! No smoking on premises!! - you will lose your deposit No parties No loud music Quiet time is from 9pm-9am 10 people max on the premises day or night - extra fees will accrue if broken (additional guest fee after 5 people) Pet Friendly - Additional pet fee and cleaning fee required $400 No parking in the street or on the lawn Must be over the age of 25 Provide identification of all guest All of the plumbing is perfect in all houses, if there is a clog or other plumbing issue, guest is responsible for all costs associated. Please no disconnecting or adjusting the TV’s. If TV is not found to be working after guest checks out, $150 will be deducted from security deposit or additionally requested for IT services to come fix TVs. If any of the rules are not followed you will lose your deposit and may be asked to leave the home before check out. Note: There is 24 hr surveillance around the exterior of the property (this includes a ring doorbell, backyard and front yard camera) THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE

The house was clean, provided everything. The view was amazing watching the boats go by. The outdoor area was incredible and they even had a property manager come by at check in to make sure everything was great. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with my family and kids and we had a great relaxing time. The home is amazing, very clean, spacious and in a great community! It was a 5-minute walk to the beach and the town. We rented the 6-person golf-cart and even golf-cart was very new and excellent condition. AC worked great, TVs/media/WiFi worked great. The pool/patio is first class with an amazing view. Also, since the house is on the waterfront, we were glad to see a gate (not shown on the pictures) with a lock to make sure our kids don't get too curious with the water. Was supposed to stay at this magnificent property for 7 days and a day before we were supposed to check out and fly back to NY, there was a tropical storm in the NY area. As some flights were getting canceled, I contacted the owner and asked if we could extend the stay for 2 more days because I did not want to get stuck with toddlers and an infant at the airport with a canceled flight. Michael (owner) was extremely helpful and understanding with our situation and helped us extend our stay without any issues. Definitely will be coming back!

Lauderdale-By-The-Sea with Michael and his team could not have been a more wonderful experience. This was our first “Post-Covid” trip and it exceeded even our highest expectations. Michael and his team were incredibly responsive and the home itself is spectacular. Wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to return if the opportunity presents!

I want to begin by saying the home itself is beautiful. The view and location is perfect, with plenty of outdoor spaces to lounge and relax. The rest of this review applies to management only, and not the home or it's amenities. Our team of 7 stayed here for a work retreat, and expected there to be 6 bedrooms (as that is what the listing stated at the time of booking). When we arrived, we found that there were only 4 bedrooms. Thankfully our team dynamics are great and we had no issue with sharing rooms. HOWEVER, this house is not an inexpensive rental, and we would not have booked a 4 bedroom house. You could argue that we pay for the house - not number of rooms. But given that this was a work retreat, we were intentional about what house we chose to stay at and the requirement was the number of bedrooms. To be fair to the owner, we didn't bring this issue up until the end of our visit. After bringing this issue to Michael's attention, he raised his voice, accused me of threatening him with a bad review (I absolutely did not, and in fact stated that overall we enjoyed our stay) and said I was accusing him of scamming us. I never made this accusation, and in fact stated that I simply wanted to make sure it was corrected. Michael was very defensive and wouldn't even let me speak and just spoke over me. He absolutely became a different person than I communicated with leading up to this. He stated "I'll refund you for the entire trip" in a mocking and heated tone amongst many other absurd comments. I believe Michael also employs his daughter, who joined our phone call with every intention of arguing further. She asked me to prove that the listing stated that there were 6 bedrooms, which I did. She still did not acknowledge their mistake. I realize her and Michael were trying to defend their business. I never once said we didn't enjoy our stay despite having to make adjustments in room accommodations. Their reaction to the situation was anything but professional, immediately led to them becoming unproportionally defensive and accusatory, and made it impossible for us to have a fair and agreeable resolution. I never received an apology for the incorrect listing. They tried to say it was VRBO's fault. Why would VRBO edit their listing? If only they would've, at a minimum, taken responsibility for this, that would've gone a long way with us. If you stay here, I hope your experience with Michael is better - and note: there's only 4 bedrooms :)

We wanted to get out of New York City. Our plans for Europe got canceled, but we still wanted to go on a family vacation. We have already stayed at a couple of Michael’s other vacation homes before and they’ve all been great. He told us about his newest place and it was the perfect timing for us so we decided to come down to Florida to Lauderdale by the Sea. We knew because of the other beautiful locations he has that this new one wouldn’t disappoint but it even exceeded our expectations! The home is absolutely amazing! It was completely immaculate and sparkling clean which was the first thing we noticed when we arrived. It felt like you were at a high end resort without having the hustle and bustle of all the other people around. The house is equipped with everything you could imagine including a chef’s kitchen and a full private in house gym with mirrors and air-conditioning! All the rooms and suites are incredibly spacious and super comfortable. The house has a great flow and plenty of room for everyone as we had 10 family members with us and we never felt like we were bumping into each other at all and we all had our own space! The outside of the house and the backyard is something just to die for. There is a large heated pool with wading area plus hot tub and a pavilion with a barbecue kitchen area with a TV and music. You can have dinner outside and watch the beautiful yachts pass by as the house is right on the intercoastal There are also 2 two person kayaks you can use to take a nice ride to burn off some of the food you just ate! I would recommend this house to anybody looking for a resort like property in a great location close to shops and restaurants. Michael is a super host and was so kind and attentive. He also supplied us with three different chefs who came in and cooked incredible dinners! Thank you Michael for making our family vacation unbelievable and we look forward to coming back again!!
