This was our second trip to this beautiful and convenient beach home. Everything was clean and fresh, ready for our enjoyment. It's a short walk to the beach through Beach Place Guesthouses, a cool Bohemian style property where you can relax and enjoy the views, in the shade out of the blazing sun. As we have in the past, we also enjoyed the converted garage game room of foosball and table tennis. We hope to come back soon!

My experience was not that great. Furniture was dated worn. The place needed an uplift. It was mostly clean, except I found a dead cockroach in master bedroom. Also master bath had mold on shower curtain. The pictures are misleading, every bedroom and bathroom is small. Whole property is maybe 1,000 sq ft of living space. There was a nice resort across the street. I liked that view, but that was the only good thing. In my checkin instructions I was told to go checkin there. When I spoke to the woman at the desk, she couldn't find my name in her system. She asked which guesthouse I was in and when I mentioned the property across the street she said the villas are managed by a different group and I just needed to tell her that I arrived. She didn't write anything down, told me to enjoy the grounds and continued what she was doing. By the advertising, you would think this property is a “villa” that is a part of a resort. In reality, it’s just a house across the street that was renovated at one point. So I didn't mention my trek across the street until now. The pictures would have you think you are right in front of the resort with a minimum walk up, well that's a matter of perspective. First, understand, the house, is located directly between North and South Florida Highway A1A. We had to walk through the backyard of another property. My wife stepped on broken glass and it got stuck in her sandal, and one of the properties had a heavy marijuana smell coming from it. Finally we get to the street with our children. We have to cross Highway A1A to get to the resort; that’s not the most pleasant feeling with small children. We immediately liked the resort, but it was hard to ignore everything we had just experienced to get here. While I really didn’t want to stay, I’d paid a hefty amount for this 2 night stay. We were going to try to make the best of it. But my little girl gets sick. We see that bad weather is coming and we already had a heavy traffic coming down A1A due to road blockage. So I packed my family up and we left after only being there for 2.5 hrs. I hate writing negative reviews. But I could have gone to a real resort for that money. Also I messaged the host the night I returned and property management the next day, my official check out would have been 11 hours ago, still have not received a response from either. I’m not saying avoid this place, but please ask lots of questions. Be sure of exactly what you are getting.

House was nice for my group of friends and just a 5 minute walk to the beach across a slightly busy road but not terrible. Had beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs for renter usage and was a nice beach. Far from any kind of restaurants or anything, had to uber to get anywhere. House was clean for the most part, floors always felt a bit dirty even from right when we got there. We got excited seeing a hot tub in the back yard but it ended up not being usable. Overall, a good stay for a good price especially by the beach!

Very nice place .. rooms were clean and plenty of space for my family. The only down side was that a chair broke as a guest was getting out of a dining room chair.. the chair wasn't sturdy and part of it broke away from the frame. I Sent an email per their website but never got a response
