About this apartment rental
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with a private balcony and unparalled views of the beach and ocean. The spacious living room has a large flat screen smart TV and a dining table that seats four people. The fully equipped kitchen also has views of the ocean. The master suite has a balcony with ocean views, a king bed and smart television. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds and smart televison, balcony access. Balcony has a wicker sofa. Amenities include wireless internet, a combo washer and dryer, an oceanfront community outdoor and indoor pool, gym, and park. Easy beach access and close to an elevator. *Sleeps 6: , 1K, 1Q, and twin bunk beds LINENS PROVIDED. Linen Package includes sheets and bath towels for each bed, a bath mat for each bath, and a kitchen towel set) NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. Due to Hurricane Florence the indoor pool and hottub is closed for repairs. The outdoor pool will open year round. This rental does not come with toiletries, it is just like renting a beach house, you must bring your own toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap...etc. **Tenant agrees to pay $25/each for any parking pass /$50 amenty fobs not returned. I always enjoy staying at the St. Regis. The location is perfect for a hassle free beach getaway. The condo was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable making my stay less than perfect.

Overall clean, nicely updated place to stay. The 2nd bedroom stayed hotter than the rest of the condo, had to place a floor fan to keep cool and the master bedroom mattress was a little more on the firm side for sleeping.

The property is gorgeous. Nice community. Great access to pool and private beach. Very clean and listing is extremly accurate. Great response from owner. Only downfall is that the development internet is not great which just meant that the kids had to occupy themselves with the beauty around them and we were unplugged for the trip (not a bad thing). Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our family had such a wonderful stay here. The condo is exactly as described and pictured, the pool is wonderful, location to the beach is easy and convenient, and Melissa was so incredibly helpful. We will be booking with her again. Any question we had she responded immediately.

The property was exactly like advertised on the site. The condo was clean and was ready before the check-in time of 4. The beach was beautiful, the water was just the right temperature. It was a great place to slow down and spend time with the family.

We had a wonderful time and all the space needed for our group. Communication with this property owner is always prompt, positive, and helpful. The opportunity to spend time at the beach and pool both so easily everyday is a huge plus!😀

This condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Everyone relaxed and slept well while enjoying time by the ocean. Perfect space for a family of five. Nice little touches with the games, bunk beds, and even some beach toys. Modern ammenities with a laid-back feel. We had an amazing time and would love to come back.

We have stayed at St.Regis a few times before. The property is beautiful and does not disappoint. This time we booked with property owner Melissa. She was the most accommodating, clear in communication, and responsiveness we have had. The condo was perfect and met all our needs. This was by far the most relaxed stay we have had in North Topsail. We are even planning on making this a yearly tradition when the school year ends. Thank you again!

My husband and 3 teenage children stayed at the condo for 4 nights in June. The condo was updated, clean, spacious, and had all the basics. The living room has 1 couch that comfortably seats 3 people, but no other chairs, other than bar stools, for other guests may sit. The master bathroom shower has digitally controlled temperature setting which was very nice. We were left with 1/2 roll of toilet paper, it’d be nice to leave one extra roll in each bathroom. There was a wine cooler in the condo, however, there was no corkscrew to open wine. In the kitchen, consider stocking it with a roll of paper towel, 2 garbage bags, and dishwashing detergent for 2 loads. The pool was nice. There is very little beach in front of the building, there was little room for beach chairs and tents, usable area fills up very early in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend the condo.

We really enjoyed this condo and complex. The condo itself was very nice with modern furnishings, very comfortable beds and fairly blackout curtains. The complex itself was also very nice with a pool and great convenience of a poolside restaurant giving it a bit of a resort feel. Melissa was very quick to respond to any questions, including a minor issue with the shower on site. Our main "critique" was that this stretch of beach is a bit narrow particularly at high tide. e.g., not really conducive to flying a kite. As such even if the beach isn't crowded it can feel crowded b/c there isn't a lot of room to spread out.

We loved staying at this property!! This unit had everything we needed, was very clean, and was very tastefully decorated. It was very quiet and we loved watchibg tge sunrise from the balcony in the morning. The property itself had great amenities too. We ate at the restaurant, which was wonderful. We would love to rent this unit again.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Was perfect size for my family of 3, nicely decorated and awesome views of the ocean. Amenities were great - pool, arcade, putting green and even a restaurant on the property. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

My family really loved the location of this property. The St. Regis amenities were top notch. Pool, game room, place to get ice cream! We could stay and never leave the property if we wanted to. Property was clean and had plenty of space for everyone!

The owner amazingly let me book at short notice for a last minute wedding. It was such a wonderful stay for our short trip. It was exactly what we needed and I’d love to bring my son and husband there again.

St Regis is my home away from home every time I visit Topsail! The room was gorgeous, you can’t beat the view, the pool and grill are amazing and there is plenty of outdoor activities! We even participated in the Thursday night line dancing!!!! 10/10 would recommend staying here, I know I will again!!!

Host was very responsive to our needs. Condo was furnished with nice things. We had 6 grandkids with us for spring break and there were sleeping accomodations for all. Very peaceful location with practically no noise but was within 13 minutes of grocery store. Would rent this place again.

This was a stopover r route to an anniversary trip to Hilton Head. We visited our son who is currently stationed at Camp Lejune. Worked out perfectly. The accommodations were what I expected based on the on line photos.
