The house was not ready for our arrival. Only some rooms had been cleaned and two bedrooms had no linens. The TV did not work. There was no heat in one half of the house where the bedrooms are. The windows were dirty and there were cobwebs all around the outside of the house. The property manager was apologetic and immediately started the process of correcting the problems. Eventually, everything was fixed but it took time. We had no heat in the bedrooms for the first 4 nights. The house was comfortable but not in good condition. There were cracks in the bathroom tiles, dripping and chipped dried out paint in the bathrooms, an outside gate that didn't close. We like Coronado and enjoyed our stay, once the problems in the house were remedied. However, I don't think a house in that poor condition should be on the market for the high price we paid.

Looks are deceiving. From the outside the appearance of the property is vintage 1958. Inside there is nice tile, a well appointed kitchen, and nice furniture. The back yard had nice patio furniture and a bbq. The house itself couldn't be more than 250' to the sea wall and from there it is another 100 yards to the water. We stayed there for six weeks and really enjoyed living life like an islander. We walked on the beach a couple of times a day and just... decompressed. It is very laid back and that was fine with me. I'd stay there again.
