Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 60lbs or under and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.

The hot tub wasn't working and didn't appear to be on, so I called the number listed on my VRBO app for Jennifer, the "owner" of the property. I left a VM. I checked my email and found a different 800 number listed as the contact (without a name), so I called that too but was sent straight to voicemail. 20 minutes later, get a call back from Jennifer who seemed slightly confused that I had her personal number and asked if I had called the 800 number. I just told her I called both points of contact; the one listed on VRBO and the one that Beach House Boutique Rentals and Realty had sent me via email (the business that apparently owns or runs the house). Jennifer told me that usually if you call the 800 number it rings out to several people in charge of the property and whoever answers first is who you talk to. Over our stay I ended up talking to three different people. Jennifer said the breaker was probably off to the hot tub and that is we couldn't get it flipped back on she would send someone over, but we found it and the hot tub started up fine. The garbage disposal wasn't draining at all, I went through the 800 number and it was a little while before I got a call back from Candace. The maintenance guy fixed the disposal using Drano, which seemed like a quick fix. Water streamed from the ceiling from an upstairs shower, from a place that was already discolored with previous damage. The outdoor trash barrels were 80% full when we arrived, very inconvenient.

The property is great for big families. Kitchen had all equipment and appliances needed. Plenty of beach toys and gear in a garage. I can’t think of anything wrong. We would love to come back.

Great property it was exactly what our family of 10 needed!! Plenty of space and all the little things thoughtfully there and labeled for your use. Hilton Head was great - we needed more time to discover. We will definitely be back.

Exceeded all our expectations !! Will be going back to gorgeous house. Couldn’t get the kids out of the bunk room, pool and hot tub. All their favorite spots

There were 16 of us for our first family vacation! The house was very comfortable and accommodated our crew of 7 kids and 9 adults very comfortably. We especially loved the pool, well equipped kitchen, screened in porch, quietness of the neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this property!

House was welcoming to our family of 13- plenty of space-baths-beds and the heated pool plus hot tub was relaxing. Luckily our weather was great and outdoors most of the week! Bikes-golf-swimming-dining out. Free shuttle made it easy to get into the coligny plaza area. Will definitely be back in future travels.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home on our girls long weekend trip. The house was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and our short walk to the beach. I would look forward to renting this house again with my family. There is a great bunk room for the kids with a foosball table. There are bikes and a ping pong table and lots of pool toys.

This was our second visit and we enjoyed just as much . This is a good location with short walk to the beach. The property is clean and in a nice little enclave of larger rental homes . There is a clean nice little pool for the kids in the back. We had a few issues with garbage pickup and bike rental due to the busy holiday week but the property manager was very responsive . Property management was very easy to work with and helpful to resolve. We plan on coming back.
