You can access the back porch and side porch from three rooms on this floor. Take the stairwell to the upper level to access the living room, kitchen, dining area, master suite, butler's pantry and den with a half bathroom. You can access the second level covered porch (which also leads to the roof deck) from the kitchen and den. Follow the exterior staircase on the covered porch down to the pool area and patio. There is a laundry room with full sized washing machine & dryer. There is a ping pong table on one side of the garage. Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition. Elevator not available for guest use at any time.
