Just adjacent is the dining room with seating for 12, great for family meals and board games with the kids. During downtime when you're not out exploring, there are two seating areas; a cozy sectional next to the dining room table, perfect for a book, and a living room with multiple couches, a TV, and an expansive DVD library. Upstairs are all four bedrooms, including two main suites with king beds and en suite bathrooms. Another bedroom features matching sets of twin bunk beds, and the final bedroom features a double bed and another set of bunks. But your favorite space to gather will probably be outside on your deck, soaking in your private hot tub. THINGS TO KNOW All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. The Winter Park lift has a bus stop on the Black Route, only 450 feet down CR-8, labeled the Twin River stop. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Bus picks up at 8th and Sterling Way Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
