Things to Know This building is currently undergoing a painting project with no known end date. There will be periodic interruptions to amenities. Balconies may be affected but still can be utilized. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location was excellent. The beach was clean, the water crystal clear. The condo was spacious with nice furnishings and comfortable beds & linens. We were close to numerous restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer vacation week.

Stay was great, however the guest bathroom pipes are heard throughout the house anytime the toilet is flushed. Recommend a plumber check it out as it is extremely loud.

Enjoyed a week with the family in the condo with plenty of room on a nice beach. No washer/dryer in the condo so had to use quarters in a condo washer/dryer unit but there are plenty of machines.

The accommodation was acceptable. The view outstanding. The condo needs a deep clean. *Under the glass on the tables is really needing attention/cleaning. *cooking utensils such as Spatulas, tongs etc need to be updated * the cooking pans really need updated *we purchased a new coffee pot, the one in condo was in need of cleaning * the main bedroom was entirely to crowded with 2 Beds. The lighting in the room was very poor and the lamps need updating. The room itself needs a deep clean.

This unit is stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the beach boards. I loved having a kitchen with everything we needed for cooking and BBQ'ing. Comfortable beds. Very happy!

This lovely condo is located right on the Gulf with all the amenities. Pool, hot tub and lots of chairs. Our unit also included beach chairs and toys for the kids. This property had everything 5 adult ladies could need. Dolphin watching off our terrace was the icing on the cake as our views were stunning. Perfect location to restaurants and shopping. Easy being on the 2nd floor, was quite and laundry was next door. Condo provided some beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels. We had a great stay, thank you so much! This property has everything you need. We enjoyed our month staying here and would stay again. It was clean, up to date, the ocean view was beautiful, the pool and hot tub was nice. Very pretty, comfortable condo for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The property was as described and had everything that we needed. Beautiful beach area and clear waters! Property is close to restaurants, shopping, fishing, etc. Check in and out was simple and communication was great. We didn’t have any issues. The pool and hot tub areas were very nice and well maintained. I would say that the best part is the location!! Just a beautiful view and a relaxed area that isn’t crazy busy. Great for families! We had an absolutely wonderful time in this condo! This was our family`s first trip since Covid arrived and we were looking for something on the beach with an ocean view and this was perfect. The views were incredible, the condo was well-appointed, the pool was lovely, and the entire check-in process was smooth and simple. We especially love getting lattes and loved having the Mango restaurant located next door in the Double Tree Hotel. We ate outdoors here and got coffee every morning. (Good coffee is essential to the success of a trip for us!) The area is quiet and perfect for a restful getaway on the beach. We are so glad we found it! This was a beautifully appointed property with every amenity a family could need for a vacation. Plenty of space and all the linens and kitchen wares needed for a few meals in house. An exquisite view of the shore and super easy walk out to the beach with the kids and our stuff. Mini golf, restaurants, and shops all around. An easy drive in to Tampa and St Petersburg for some sights and a ballgame made this an excellent location for all we wanted to do on our visit. The beautiful furnishings, TVs, and comfy beds left little to be desired. We could find little to complain about. Maybe if the washer and dryer had been inside the unit but even then, those were right next to the unit and with young kids we needed them and they were very convenient and that space was so clean and tidy! Other guests/residents/owners at this location were friendly. The whole place was tidy; stairwells, outdoor halls and foyers stayed swept and very clean the whole time! Very pleased! Highly recommend.
