The living area of this two-story home features window-lined walls that invite in tranquil lake views. Kick back with a vacation read or stretch out and watch a movie with your crew after a day outdoors. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. There is a formal dining setting for family-style meals, a kitchen bar, and an additional table that doubles as a perch for board game nights. THINGS TO KNOW The main bedroom TV and living room TV feature complimentary home accounts for HBO, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, and Prime Video for guest use. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This home was fine for my family of 4 for the week. We enjoyed the small private beach, kayaking, cooking meals, and the views. The house is new so the bathrooms & kitchen are very updated. The house was clean when we arrived. The pictures were accurate for the home. - This house is on the warm side of the lake - look this up if you are unfamiliar with Lake Anna. - This home will be great when finished. The basement has some games but isn't a spot to hang out (completely unfinished). There is no deck from the 2nd floor so there are doors that go no where - be careful with young kids. We BBQ'ed but feels clunky going through the basement or out the front door around the back of the house to get to the backyard. - Bring some supplies. This home did not have some of the basics I would have expected (tissues, more than a few rolls of TP, dish soap for the week, etc.). We brought a water filter pitched because the fridge was flashing "replace filter". - No curtains/blinds on many windows gives great views but also means the neighbor's dock lights shine into your bedroom some nights and eating dinner at the table with sun shining into your eyes. - I had to text the rental company to get the access codes to enter the home. Thankfully they replied quickly. There are a few other quirks with some of the furniture. This home had what we needed for a fun week with our 2 kids. Wouldn't hesitate to return as these aren't deal breakers and hopefully some will be fixed in the future.

Quiet area. Comfy beds. Would have liked to have been warned about the warm/cold sides of the lake. It was a terrible temperature.

Very nice house with tons to do. My Family really enjoyed the time together there. Will be a much better place when owners get it finished. We had issues with the fridge and there was only two pieces of wood for the fire pit.

we had a relaxing time till the brushwacker came through and destroyed the groundhogs homes. They were so cute and then they were gone.

The house and location are absolutely perfect! The check in process was a challenge. We were never given a code to check in, when we contacted them, they gave us the wrong code. They couldn’t understand why the code was not working, and had us try it several different ways. Finally, after about a half an hour, and calling in, they gave us a new code. Meanwhile, it was raining pretty heavily. The property was beautiful and it was a perfect location. However, it was not clean. Food was left in the refrigerator, hair and buildup in the master bathroom sink, the dining room table and dishes were dirty. I was able to clean it quickly, just wish I didn’t have to. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. However, we would contact the property owner requesting for a more thorough cleaning prior to our arrival next time.

We got confused because of the GPS and arrived at the wrong house, Customer Service immediately helped us. Then when we entered the home, it was spotless and organized. Instructions were simple and the home overall was beautiful and full of things to do and play. We booked it for Mother's Day and my wife had a wonderful time. Thanks for everything, Emilio

The house and property are exceptional. The vacasa company that manages the property gets a zero. Repeated requests for the check in code were given a pat answer f it was already sent. What was sent did not include the code. Finally 4 hours before we expected to check in, the code was given to us. However upon arrival, with a car full of freshly purchased groceries, the code did not work. A lot of trauma after spending the day in the car. Phone calls again, and eventually a new code was given. If I was the owner, I would find that unacceptable. Again, the property is great, the management company, not so much.
