Nestled in the trees of your private preserve, this luxury treehouse, with a private pool & outdoor cabana, offers a stunning home base to explore nearby Manuel Antonio National Park and Beach! Surrounded by a private preserve and just 5 minutes to Park, beach, shops & restaurants, this brand-new home has it all. Tire swings, chef's kitchen with brand new appliances, luxury mattresses, 2 BRs w/ private baths, and AC. With a private hiking trail, replete with sloths, monkeys, exotic birds, and rare orchids. Jungle Tree House is a private, romantic and secure home on a 5 acre jungle lot. If you have kids, grandparents, or anyone who isn't a big fan of stairs or heights, it is one of very few homes without lots of stairs on a single story level. Just minutes by bus or car to the national park, restaurants, shops, and Quepos, our two bedroom, three bath (plus bonus bunk bed nook), fully air conditioned Tree House is the perfect place for both family and friends to enjoy a much-needed vacation. There are multiple spaces for both seclusion and gatherings with loved ones. The large open plan kitchen, living room and dining room has vaulted ceilings, gorgeous views of the pool and jungle, and plenty of seating for large groups or intimate gatherings. Our smart TV has Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, and Disney Plus. Our wifi is top of the line, so you can also work remotely (it even covers the pool area;-) The kitchen has brand new appliances, lots of kitchen gadgets, and plenty of cookware. We can arrange a private chef to come to the home, or stock up at the local farmers market and cook for yourself in the brand new chef's kitchen. The dining room features a high end, custom made live-edge Guanacaste table, a dark and luscious wood that is the national tree of Costa Rica. The two bedrooms feature king sized, Tempurpedic beds and quality bedding. Additionally, there is a bunk bed nook for kids (or those young at heart!). Store your personal belongings in the beautiful matching armoires and nightstands. A remote controlled, A/C unit plus ceiling fans assure a comfortable night's rest. All three bathrooms have high-end marble. The master bathroom also features a large soaking tub. A beautiful private pool + deck and private outdoor dining area with couches, a massive fan, and outdoor lighting is the perfect place to spend your day elevated in the tree tops, watching the “monkey show” as the troops pass by in the afternoons. The home personifies indoor-outdoor living: massive sliders open into the pool area and jungle preserve from the living area to form one large room, opening the home to the outside rain forest. Each bedroom also has a “wall of windows” with large sliders that open to the pool and jungle preserve. Abundant recessed lighting (all LED, as this house was built in 2022, with ecological sustainability in mind!) throughout the home provide a soft comfortable glow for entertaining or relaxing. Our home is hands down one of the best places to see animals in all of Costa Rica. We border two preserves (one owned by us and accessible only to our guests, and the other owned by the GAIA), so your chances of seeing a very special creature every single day is exceptionally high. Many birds including toucans, three types of monkeys, sloths, iguanas and the majestic Blue Morpho butterfly call this area home. Because of the surrounding protected areas, you are also very likely to see the more rare animals, including Howler monkeys, Macaws, and other exotic birds. Your stay includes private access to an exclusive hiking trail. It is a truly magical place, and the perfect way to spend the morning exploring without the hustle and bustle (and cost or crowds!) of going to Manuel Antonio National Park.

Our family, 2 adults and 2 teens, had an incredible vacation. The communication with Johannes the concierge, before and during the trip, was great. He helped book us a Xmas eve dinner reservation as well as 2 tours- Manuel Antonio NP and Manual Antonio Chocolate Tour. The Jungle Tree House is just as pictured- absolutely beautiful! We had visits from squirrel monkeys, we saw colorful birds flying overhead, and we saw an agouti in the yard. The pool was very nice to have and we loved sitting under the cabana drinking our coffee each morning. Beaches and restaurants are nearby but the house is very private.

Everything was perfect! The unit was flawless & very well stocked. Everything was beautiful inside & out. We saw many birds frequently to include Macaws & a Toucan. We even had a Sloth & about 15 monkeys come through one morning right off the deck. Check in & communication was excellent. Finally the unit was very convenient to Manuel Antonio & Quepos as well. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Are stay was awesome though we did not get to enjoy betrayal because it was raining it was very relaxing at the house. I would suggest putting a barbecue pit there though would be nice . Plus we had heard Gabriel the chef to come cook one night and he was fantastic the food was awesome would recommend that to anyone and very reasonable pricing.

I stayed here with my husband, 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter and this was the best family vacation we have had yet. This was our 3rd time in Costa Rica and 2nd in Manuel Antonio. We saw monkeys most days as well as toucans and macaws on the property. The house is perfect for kids being only one level. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t cook there but if we would have it has everything you would need. The location was great and close to the national park as well as Quepos.
