The location was great, rooms were large, clean and comfortable and staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Hemant in particular was very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommended!

Einen ganz lieben Dank an das Betreiberpärchen :) Sie haben sich lieb um mich gekümmert, habe mich daher sehr wohl gefühlt. Und die scrambled eggs zum Frühstück hatte ich selten so gut :)
Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Von Shampoo, über Wasser, bis zu einem Kühlschrank, Fön und Wasserkocher.
Leider ist der Deckenventilator im Zimmer sehr laut, das hat mich doch sehr gestört, denn ohne war es extrem heiß. Und die Handtücher könnten erneuert werden, aber für diesen Preis trotzdem top!

Wir waren etwas verunsichert aufgrund der negativen Kommentare, unsere Befürchtungen sind jedoch nicht eingetreten. Der Pool ist zwar über die Straße, es ist aber eine kleine Straße und deswegen überhaupt kein Problem. Die Lage ist top, die Innenstadt ist sehr schnell erreicht und vor der Tür gibt es direkt Essenstände und Restaurants. Da es sich aber am Rand der Innenstadt befindet hat man abends seine Ruhe. Der Blick in Richtung Berge ist sehr schön, egal ob Sonnenuntergang oder tagsüber. Das Zimmer ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wir konnten sogar YouTube auf dem Fernseher schauen.
Das Frühstück könnte besser sein, für den günstigen Preis aber ok. Alternativen sind im nahen Umkreis schnell besorgt.

Calme car peu de passage au fond la rue, bien situé par rapport au centre ville.
Bon breakfast, sucré ou salé, mais nescafé en poudre (dommage, ce n'est pas le meilleur).
L'accueil est sympa et professionnel.
Nous avons réservé une activité kayak avec eux et ils ont surveillé jusqu'à notre départ que tout allait bien. Ils ont même téléphoné plusieurs fois pour savoir à quelle heure ils arrivaient.
Il y a la piscine dans l'hôtel en face, c'est sympa.
La chambre est correcte, propre avec clim ventilo et frigo. La vue du balcon sur le sunrise (à défaut de la montagne), n'est pas trop mal.
Le matelas est agréable. Il y a des prises près des lits jumeaux mais pas dans la chambre double, ni interrupteur ni chevets.

The wifi didn't work. There were springs popping out of the bed. You could hear every other room and there are roosters outside. But the worst of all was the staff. It was absolute disorganized chaos. The worst hotel we have stayed in Southeast Asia. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here!

Great location, stunning views from the Mountain View room.
The property was not clean and this was evident upon arrival. The lobby area, where breakfast happens, is unclean and not a nice place to sit. As we were in an end room the wifi did not work in our room, so when we needed to book flights we had to go down to the lobby area, where the family have their evening meals.

The property is a 2 star….but it’s comfortable clean and in an excellent location… the staff can not do enough to help and make your stay perfect…. They booked our tour…caves, kayaking, zip wire and lagoon amazing! Booked our train to Luang Prabang for us whilst we were out all day and made us aware of the restrictions of prohibited items on the train and got them transported via road for us….
Even got up early today to make sure we had breakfast before we left for early train
You have to eat at Victors restaurant food is the best!!! Turn left out of hotel Half way down the road on right

La famille est très accueillante et attentionnée, l'hôtel est confortable même s'il est désuet.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et compris dans le prix de la chambre. La piscine en face de l'hôtel très agréable et moi j'avais une chambre en rdc sans vue mais super lumineuse et calme.

Nous sommes partis visiter la ville et avons pris la clé de la chambre avec nous
La chambre n'a donc pas été faite parcequ'il n'existe qu'une clé que nous avions
L'eau de la douche est froide et coule très peu
Le petit déjeuner est limité
En un mot on en a pour le prix qui est très bas

We kozen voor lowbudget en daarop waren onze verwachtingen afgestemd. In die zin één verassing. Een redelijk grote kamer. Schoonmaak etc op verzoek.

Lage ist optimal. Zufuß Essensmöglichkeiten, Markt, bars uvm.
Zimmer war groß mit großem Balkon, alles war sauber. Zum Frühstück gibt es Obst, Toasts und frisch zubereitet werden Pancakes, Eier, Suppe.
Personal war höflich und hilfsbereit.
Hab mir von luang prabang ein Paket an das Hotel geschickt. Als es nicht ankam haben wir nachgefragt und sie haben sich darum gekümmert und unser Paket von der Post abgeholt.
Der Pool ist leider ziemlich trüb.

Vriendelijk personeel
In de advertentie staat een kamer met prive zwembad daar hadden wij al vraagtekens bij. Maar voor 2 euro extra toch maar geboekt. Bij aankomst bleek dus geen privebad te bestaan.

Good location. Nice helpful staff to help book things. Nice breakfast. Good balcony to enjoy the views and sunset. Big room.
Quite dirty could do with a proper clean. Pool right on a main road with limited seating so we didn't use it.

Hemant was so helpful and informative. He printed off our visas for us for our next destination, advised us on the hikes around the area and we rented a motorbike off them with ease. The room was basic but just what we needed for our stay! Breakfast was fresh every morning with a great variety, setting us up for the day well. No complaints, a lovely hotel :)
Due to burning season, lots of the smoke had settled/polluted the pool, making it appear dirty. (Completely out of their control just a shame) The lounging area around the pool is also quite small for the sheer size of the hotel, and it is over the road from the complex too. We weren’t too fussed by it but we spoke to a few guests who were!

We booked a trip, we were overcharged and they refunded us the difference the next day - which we very much appreciated.
Desperately needs a fridge in the room (please).
There’s no storage space or anywhere to put anything (even though it’s a large room - room number 306) - no bedside tables, shelves or surface space. Just one tiny desk. Lots of space so a little more furniture was needed.
A towelling bath mat inside the bathroom would be good.
Could also do with hand towels and tissues
More toilet paper needed - make sure you ask for the room to be cleaned daily.
AC wasn’t great but the fan did help. There are gaps above the doors that let hot air in so it doesn’t stay as cool as it should with the AC on. We didn’t mention it until leaving (our fault) and the said they’d fix it immediately - so fair dues!

The staff is super friendly and helpful (I booked my Tour and my Train with them). The room is quite and has an absolute amazing view.

The customer service was exceptional! Heman really made our stay - he was so friendly and nothing was too much for him. The rooms were large, we had access to a communal balcony with stunning views as well as our own private balcony. The location was really great!
The main draw to booking this place was the pool, but sadly it wasn't in a state for us to be able to use it. It was well over 35 degrees during our three nights there so it would have been lovely! There were also only a couple of power outlets so we had to charge our phones by the front door and bathroom. There was also a bit of a gap in our door to the balcony so bugs kept coming in.
