Located in Massa Lubrense, this attractive condo for R 1,561 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautiful stone country house from 17th century, located in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (400 m above sea level), a small and quite town only 10 minutes by car from Sorrento. COVID 19*: All our 2 apartments and spaces are strictly disinfected as all inside spaces of eventual viruses. You will enjoy large spaces both on the terrace with everything you need for a relaxing stay and in the 2000sqm garden where you can collect and taste the fruits of the organic garden. All items needed are on the spot if needed. (Campania is a region and most of all Penisula Sorrentina and Massa Lubrense area were “Charming House” is located which has stayed very much untouched by the Covid problem). Please come and visit us for a safe and relax stay. Isabella (owner) "Charming House" has recently been restored with care taken to retain original features. The apartment is set in a magnificent, historical, privately-owned villa. The property is situated in the country and it is exposed to the sun and to the sea of the Amalfi Coast it makes it a very unique place. It takes only seven/ten minutes walkable up the hill from the apartment to reach the village center of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi where you will find Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pubs, pastry shop, wine bar and bus stops to Sorrento. The property consists of two holiday rental units for rent on the groundfloor/sea view terrace in the main villa where the landlords live (on the first floor) in addition to the shared garden with olive trees, vineyard, fruit trees and private parking. Both apartments have charm and character and a breathtaking sea views over the Amalfi Coast (South side). They have their own private terrace/solarium filled with smelling flowers where you can spend all day relaxing yourselves drinking a bottle of local wine. Free WIFI connection inside the apartment and outside over the wonderful sea view terrace. Around the villa there is a garden with olive trees, vineyard, fruit trees and private parking. A bit off the beaten path, yet close to everything, at this apartment you’ll get a glimpse of what it’s like to live in the Italian countryside. By the end of the week, you’ll be saying hello (ciao!) to familiar faces in town. Its panoramic position with sea view makes it the ideal place to stay for those who enjoy nature and relax and it is possible to have wonderful walks along the charming peninsula's landscape as: Crapolla, baia di Ieranto, cala di Mitigliano, Punta Campanella, Marina del Cantone and Recommone. You can also make daily excursions to Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompei, Capri and Ischia. The access of the Villa is quite narrow therefore we suggest you to come with a small car or use the local busses.

What makes the charming house awesome! 1. Location 2. View 3. Architecture 4. Old warn charm 5. Grounds 6. Spacious room 7. I can go on and on but the most amazing thing was the Host Isabella - SHE puts the charm in hte charming house she is kind, warm, friendly and helpful. Isabella and her house are more than charming... we felt at home, but in a paradise landscape. From the terrace we had a great view to the sea and the nice gardens of Sant'Agata. Thanks to Isabella's tips we made the best trips to beautiful and less crowded fiords and enjoyed great meals at the restaurants that she recommended. Isabella was all the time helpful - by planing the holiday - recommending the type of car needed on the very nice but narrow streets , by counselling us regarding where to buy the best mozzarella or which, how and when to visit famos attractions like Pompei, Capri or others. We hope to return as soon as possible!!! Many thanks to Isabella for having us at her charming house!

Charming House is indeed charming! It is located in a rural setting only a stone throw away from the village - which is in fact more a small town than a village when you find the necessary supermarkets and nice restaurants. The terrace is a wonderful place where you can chill whilst enjoying the views. The accommodation is charming too with all necessary amenities. If I was to nitpick, I would say the kitchen has very limited in space and preparing a meal was a bit of a challenge! One of the best things about Charming House is its owner Isabella who is extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to her, within one hour of our arrival, we had our week's visits all planned out! I would definitely recommend Charming House, however a word of warning, when Isabella tells you that the road that leads to the property is very narrow and if you wish to hire a car you should pick the smallest one you can get yours hands on, she means it! The road is indeed incredibly narrow between high walls (do not picture a cosy country road with soft verges as I did!!!). As long as you have a tiny car, you will be alright. We had a lovely time at Charming House and sadly the week went too fast. I would have loved to spend more time on that beautiful terrace admiring Isabella's flowers!

We stayed recently for 5 day with Isabella and her family at Charming House and can’t say enough about how wonderful it was. Isabella is a fantastic host. The communications from when we made our booking were excellent. The directions to the village and our meeting point were spot on and we received such a warm welcome from Isabella when she met us. We followed in our car down the very narrow lane to the property, follow the advice and get a small car! When we arrived at the property Isabella showed us around and spent time giving us lots of ideas about things to do in the area from restaurant recommendations to day trip ideas. After that Isabella left us to ourselves but was always on hand to help and give advice, even when we managed to get a parking ticket in the village! The apartment is well furnished and equipped and is spotlessly clean. The views from the patio are amazing and it’s in such a beautiful and peaceful location. The property is an excellent base to explore the area, we had a car but also tried out the great bus service to Sorrento. The bus goes to all the main towns in the area and the train from Sorrento allowed us to explore other areas. Sant Agata is a lovely village, we loved the patisserie for croissants and coffee in the morning and just to watch the world go by. We visited a few of the restaurants in the village and used the supermarket for a few supplies. We would like to return and spend more time in the area and would highly recommend Charming House. "we do appreciate a lot to stay at santa agata sui di golfi , in this really charming house, it is a very nice and quiet place to stay and rest after visiting the sorrento peninsula. Isabella really takes care of her guests, and provides many touristic informations. one important thing to notice is to rent a small car to be able to drive in very small street. thanks a lot isabella, from thierry & veronica"

"Cleanliness was excellent, The kitchen was very small. If you call hens noise and the odd car, it was very quiet. View of sea and surroundings was beautiful. Didn't spend long enough to enjoy too many amenities, but food in restaurants were excellent. Facility of access was difficult. I think it would be very difficult for someone who wasn't very confident driving very small lanes."

"Nice apartments and a very kind owner, always available for help. In Sant''agata temperature is nice also in full summer. Around Sant''Agata there are a lot of wonderful path for who loves trekking. You can also easily reach amazing locations by bus: Sorrento (also by walking), Amalfi, Positano, Ravello. The accessibility to the apartment by car is not easy due to very narrow steets, but not far from the house, and close to the city centre, there is a big parking area that you can use for free. "
